Z Airport Parking Reviews 

I used Z Parking twice in June and both times was pleased-as always-with the courtesy of the staff and the quick trips to and from the terminal. We will use Z Parking in the future

We’ve always used Z Parking. However it maybe the last time after the poor experience this last time. We waited almost 40 minutes at BDL after 1am. We and another couple were the sole customers waiting. We had to call as well as the other couple to as where the driver was !
Unfortunately, we will be looking elsewhere for our next flight.

Always a great experience and super easy.

We've used Z parking for as long as I can remember. Their location is great for the Farmington Valley. The only negative is that we did have to wait a while for the shuttle when we returned on a late night flight while other provider shuttles came multiple times. Otherwise, I'd still recommend this location.

I've been parking at Z's for many years. I've used both self park and valet. I never have any issues. Great prices.

We were in and out quickly the morning we were going to the airport, driver was courteous and prompt with our luggage. On our way home Van was there like in 5 mins. Our car was pulled up and we headed home it was seamless experience with no issues I would definitely recommend Z parking to all our friends. Thanks hope to be traveling again soon! Easy and reliable parking with attentive staff.

Bus was there when we arrived which was nice. Normally seems to take a while. Service was good and the whole experience was so easy.

Safe place to park a car no hassle in booking and parking and shuttle bus is on time.

I have been using Z for years and it's previous name sake. Over the last 4-5 years I have talked to multiple different managers or agents about the length of time it takes to get picked up from the airport. This past Friday it was over 40 mins. After being canceled and coming home from a long cross country trip at 10pm, waiting 40 plus minutes for a ride is unacceptable. While we waited we counted no less than 3 vans from competitors showing up on a 15 minute interval. I will not be using Z for my regular short term trips anymore. Long term they are very affordable but for short term and late night returns it's just not worth the wait.

The only reason I rated you a 4 is because you didn't honor a $90 Groupon I purchased before the pandemic. Otherwise, it is very easy and convenient to use Z, and I would have rated a 5

Very difficult to call and get shuttle back to Z parking from airport. I called
after arrival and no one answered the phone You are not even on the phone
system inside at luggage claim. Shame that you can not be more accomodating.

Always prompt reliable service, with great customer service. The rates are very reasonable with promotions also.

What a wonderful experience! We had a horrible airport adventure- most of our flights had been cancelled or delayed. When we finally got back to Bradley, we called ZParking. The coolest guy picked us up, we got back to our car, the AC was on…..Rolling Stones was playing on the radio. It does not get much better than that! We were home! So glad we chose ZParking!

I always pre-pay and self park. Immediate shuttle and couldn't be easier.
