Z Airport Parking Reviews 

It took close to 30 minutes to get picked up at the airport. All other parking companies came and even came back to pick up people before you guys came even once.

We had s 45 minute wait to
be picked up at the airport after arriving on a red eye flight at 4:30 am.

The staff are very friendly. The shuttle is very convenient to commute between the airport and the parking lot. Highly recommended!

Parking was convenient and easy. You simply scan the barcode upon arrival at the lot and follow signs for your designated parking area. Then upon return to your vehicle you scan barcode again to exit the lot. Simple, fast, and cheap. I will definitely use Z parking again!

Made a reservation the evening prior to our whirlwind 36 hour trip. Arrived a little late and was greeted in a friendly but efficient manner. Got us to the airport on time. Returned with an equally friendly attitude with our pickup and car ready as promised.

I always use ZPark and I'm always perfectly happy with the people and the service. This time, though, when I arrived at Bradley, I texted for a ride (after I got my luggage and was standing out front as instructed). But the shuttle didn't arrive. After 15-20 minutes, I called, and the shuttle arrived about 10 minutes later. Apparently what happened, according to the woman in the office, was that 2 people called or texted for the shuttle, but 3 people arrived at ZPark. So they "assumed" the 3rd person was me. Since that obviously can happen if someone who hasn't yet requested the shuttle sees it and hops on, I think there needs to be better coordination between arriving passengers and claim numbers. Had the office staff checked the claim numbers against the arriving shuttle passengers, they would have known, I wasn't on the shuttle. Not a major event, I know, but annoying since it was cold and rainy outside and I'd already waited an hour for my luggage to be unloaded from the plane. Thanks for considering my suggestion.

I am a raving fan! Firstly, all of the employees and drivers are friendly, courteous and professional. The location is super convenient and the parking lot is easy to navigate. The convenience of booking on line, entering and exiting the facility using my smartphone reduces the stress of traveling - especially on the flight departure end of my travels. Further, I am a regular customer and this company has proven to be consistent with the quality of their customer service. *****

Arrived after midnight due to late flight, got luggage, called number on Z card and got answering service message. Was totally upset as to how to get ride, went outside and just by luck, your van was picking up other passengers. For an elderly woman, and a loyal user of Z, this was very unsettling.

Everything was right on time. Did not add to stress of traveling. Valet was nice.

Courteous, fast service! We dropped off the vehicle and got on the shuttle to the airport with no problems. When we returned from our trip, we called for the shuttle which only took a few minutes, and my vehicle was up front ready to go.

Always a pleasure parking at Z parking. I won’t park anywhere else.

Price was right. Easy to get in and out of the lot with the code on my phone. Took a little longer than I would have liked for the shuttle to arrive doe pick up, but would definitely use this service again.
