All around great experience

Super easy to sign up, super easy to cancel. Lots of different flavor verity. Great customer service. Fast shipping. Sometimes I would get the same flavor but honestly it's no big deal. Some people think it's the end of the world but it's really no biggie. They do a great job of switching things up.

Terrible New Website

I have used this company since 2007. They used to have a very easy to use site where you could make whatever changes you wanted to your account right there on one webpage. Now there website has 47 different tabs that do absolutely nothing. You have to contact a system administrator to make any changes to your account and it is really annoying. The whole selling point for this service was the simplicity. They have ruined that with this useless new website overhaul.

Hello Joe , We definitely agree. which is why we have made some great changes that have made the website even more simplistic and user friendly just like it used to be . it ha an easier layout and each tab is simplistic and direct. you can even pause your subscription and change your box about without having to cancel your subscription . we ave even improved our customer service so if you have any quest please reach out . we do hope to see you again as a loyal customer and hope you will give us another chance .

Greatly appreciate the extra bottle

Greatly appreciate the extra bottle! Last time I knew which was the extra sample since I was not at all enjoying it, but appreciate the effort of letting me try something I might like. However, this time everything was perfect and by far the best flavors I've had.

Love saving money!

There is nothing better than getting a good deal other than getting a GREAT deal! That's what you get with Zamplebox! They stick to the flavors I like and I save money! Communication isn't always the greatest and the new website page is not as good as the previous. But I'll still go through them!

Favorite juice need more

Wasn’t able to order honey berry in bulk. Had to place 2 smaller orders that cost me more money. Not a huge deal, as long as it gets fixed for future purchases.

Reached out to customer service via…

Reached out to customer service via text, got no reply other than "please rate your service" by email. My issue is not resolved, currently debating canceling my subscription service. No longer happy with the varieties I'm receiving and would rather pick my own.

The juice is good

The juice is good, but when I need to skip more than one month I have to cancel my membership and then restart it when I'm ready. I lose all the zbucks I've earner every time. Very frustrating.

I wish I could give no stars

I wish I could give no stars. Zamplebox was once good, but now they are just charging for bad UI and cheep juice that you cant even tell them if you liked/disliked what you got anymore. I will not be giving this company any more money and I will do my part to see that people I know don't as well. Please support your local vape shops that will hear you and get you the product you want instead of a company that's trying to make a quick buck on a sub.

Edit: after posting this Zample sent me an email asking how the juice I got was. Seems a bit odd they would send that after I put it in my review.

Horrible company!

Horrible company!! They sent me a 50% off code and it didn’t get applied for to my total so I messaged them they told me they couldn’t adjust it…. They were totally rude I asked to then cancel and they didn’t reply back and sent it out anyway and all of the flavors completely suck. They have no well known brands. I swear some person is just mixing up flavors in their kitchen, the flavor intensity is the poorest I’ve ever tried and all of the flavors had no intensity; I had 6 to try. Stay far away from this company. Pathetic scammy company

I love the variety they offer

I love the variety they offer. I don’t have to go to the multitude of vape shops and guess what flavor profile their juices have ( they all have some silly name instead of a flavor profile) which is super annoying. Each box has a list. And their prices are crazy cheap for premium juice. I have bragged on Zample box so much I have the local shops employee buying from you.
