Long time user canceled
I was a long time user that canceled my subscription because they kept sending me a flavor I had already rated 1 star.... TWICE! So then I can't review for like 6 months and they kept effing sending this flavor. I have maybe 5 bottles of this gross liquid that made me vomit. Do NOT recommend.

Staff are friendly and quick to answer my questions. I am super happy with my first box that came pretty quick! I love all the flavors that I got! Definitely will be keeping this subscription!

Buyer BEWARE. Absolutely terrible customer service. I was simply checking out the website & creating my profile incase I wanted to buy anything. Somehow I accidentally purchased a box and I immediately cancelled it. The money was still taken out of my bank. I tried for days to get in contact with someone, I called MULTIPLE times, texted, left voicemails and even used the live chat & still wasn’t able to get ahold of anyone. Finally I get an email from them that simply says “we received your request for a refund” okay?? A few days go by and still no refund. Today I check my mail & they sent the box, after I EXPLICITLY asked them NOT to ship my box. On top of all of this, the flavors are all basically the same -.- I don’t recommend you use this service. Support your local vape shop or use Ejuice.com. Honestly. Terrible experience.

Was a little skeptical at first, but with my flavor profile, they did an epic job... I've gotten 2 12 bottle boxes, and so far have only came across 2 flavors that I didn't particularly care for... but with those prices, I can handle that lol my kid will use those... I will never have to go to another vape store as long as they are in business!

My wife ordered a subscription for me…
My wife ordered a subscription for me at the highest level offered from zamplebox. She was charged in the beginning November for the first box. Waited awhile nothing showed up. She contacted customer service around the 23rd and they say it's been delivered. Still no box. Tried to work with customer service to get a refund or a box sent, I've had confirmation of delivery before with nothing delivered. Customer service says no refund no box. Complete scam, these folks will charge you for nothing and refuse to refund if anything goes wrong. Will not try to do business with a scam artist in the future.
