Excellent medical advice & service in Zakynthos
In this day & age so many people are quick to give critism - but now that I have almost recovered - I must give my most honest and grateful review for Dr Dimitris Mathioudakis, his wife and all their staff in ZTH Greece.
I had to visit their surgery in mid Aug 2020 because I was suffering from tingling / pins & needles in my feet and hands and had a few falls (fortunately without serious injury)
From the 1st consultation Dr M immediately made me feel secure and safe and that he would take care of me. His experience and knowledge (suspecting B12 deficiency) along with quick MRI turnaround times and their Neurologist contact ensured that I was rushed to Rio Hospital in Patra by ambulance for treatment of rapid onset of GBS. Everyone in Dr M's team are so professional, helpful, kind, organised and were reassuring to me and my family. Dr M even took the time to follow up with me afterwards - which was so thoughtful.
I did not suffer as badly as some with GBS / PN (no respitory issues) and have learnt to walk again, the use of my hands are improving every day - so I can hope for an almost full recovery, getting back to work and enjoying life.
Thank you so very much for everything you did for me - I shall always be eternally grateful and would recommend your services in a heartbeat.
