Awful customer service experience
Awful customer service, not possible to send an email or call, only chat with biblical waiting times, having to repeat the same things over and ver again. Had arranged for a return collection to happen today at 9:30, stayed home for that and planned my week around it. At 2pm I was still waiting, so I contact them again and apparently there was no collection booked for me (I'd chatted with them a few days earlier). Massime waste of time on my side, frustrating experience and quality of product was in no way good value for money. In the end, had to rebook collection. Let's see of they'll collect this time.
My order was never processed
My order was never processed. Two weeks later I actually managed to get in touch with them. They suggested I reorder as it takes a few days. I did this and the confirmation email says it’ll be there in 2 weeks. These were Christmas gifts. The chat customer service was impossible to to get through to. When I did it was very slow. I missed 2 hours of work trying to get in touch. They ensure that there’s no phone number for non Spanish customers to call. Their terms and consistions list a customer number for Ireland but it is not a real number. AVOID!!!!!!
disgraceful service
disgraceful service - my mother bought me a chair from Zara which cost more than £350 - it was supposed to arrive well over a week ago and despite chasing them up to find out where it is or answer us at all, we have still not received any response. I waited over an hour today on whatsapp and on the phone to speak to someone.
Terrible customer service & quality assurance
Too bad you couldn't give Zara Home a minus review. I ordered a carpet, and it came in with a hole in it. I then ordered a replacement, and it had a yet bigger hole in it and was full of stains. Customer service was awful, and they wouldn't refund me until they received confirmation that the item was back in transit. DON'T SHOP HERE!!!!!!!

Just be aware that when you go to pay on Apple Pay - the app doubles anything you put in your basket. I had to go back and make everyone one item again and then pay. Cheeky ..

Should have read the reviews before buying. Estimated delivery date when I made the online purchase was 11/12th of December for in store pickup - date on the email 15th of December. I live over 1h away from the store so having to go during the week is not an option and waiting until the next weekend is a joke. Customer service is awful - complete waste of time trying to contact them via the chat. Mr. obvious that answered the chat FIVE HOURS after the AI initial response only told me what I already knew because it was on the email I got and disconnected after 4 MINUTES without a response. I called and they did zero to help.. didn't change the delivery method, didn't cancel my order (so that I could have it home delivered) nor amended the delivery date. Literally no help at ALL.
No response for returns
I received a platter that was terribly damaged: chipped and stained. None of my emails have return info, I have sent three emails to them asking for a return label and/or refund. But no response. Total scam.

Wish I had read the reviews before placing an order. I had an issue with 2 orders and for the past week I have been trying to solve them with their customer service. Total waste of time and I probably wont ever get my money back. Zara home is not about to see me again
Great Experience
I bought various Christmas decorations. The ordering was easy. The delivery to Ireland was free for my order (above €100). It took less than a week to receive it, just a day longer than was stated in the Zara Home email. The ornaments and some other glass items were very well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. They are all so well made, beautiful and look exactly as on their website. I can see many poor reviews here but my experience was fantastic from start to end.
AVOID
Disgusting ordered a Christmas countdown it arrived with two numbers missing magnets. And a chip in the window where yout stick them! You can't get through via telephone! Or live chat!! And they charge you for returning your faulty product. First and last time i will be shopping with zara/ zarah home!!!

Unfortunately the company does not offer free delivery or returns and the collection option is not available for any Zara stores. The customer service is also terrible. Laura and Adrian both ended the live chat with me instead of actually answer my query. Will never shop here again, which is a shame because I like the products and would otherwise be willing to spend a lot here but it's not worth it due to the woeful delivery/return and customer service

Please avoid!! Don't trust Zara Home! They lost part of my shipment and the people working there are lying to me. Sonia is even the worst, she is poor customer service I have ever encountered, she ended the chat without explanation and lied to me about my order. I am helpless, would never think that Zara Home is a scam company from Amancio Ortega, now I'm missing 8 glasses, 2 pillows, 1 soap dispenser and a sugar container 😩 I really hate Zara Home, no resolution so far. I will report back if the status of my order changes and if I get my money back, but so far not good

We recently returned some items on two orders, to the value over €500 and they refuse to refund us. We have an account at ZARA HOME and can see the returns have been received by them on October 3rd and 14th respectively. We no longer have the receipt for the return shipment, which Zara insist on having. They refuse to look at our online account where it clearly shows they have received the goods. Happy to provide order number details if required
Damaged item, poor customer service
I received a damaged item last week and, after contacting customer service six times, I finally got a response. While I can return the item, Zara is still charging me a return fee — which is shocking given that the item arrived damaged. Really disappointing experience, and I won’t be ordering from them again.

Appalling customer service & terrible products. They couldn't locate the other half of my order the first half showed up. Then both products arrived faulty and have only been able to get through to a real person to properly resolve the issue

Ordered a chair 3 times. First delivery they cancelled it without telling me, despite taking my money, second delivery delivered one item but decided they would no longer be sending me the chair (again no reason or comms as to why). Third delivery arrived completley broken and then charged me a delivery fee to return it. 7 calls later I still don’t have my money refunded. Shocking experience

This is the worst online shopping experience ever . I received a problematic product , and they refuse to offer a good product until i either go drop off the product at Fedex or someone comes to get the product during my working hours. And they said - both options are free for me ... ridiculous

I cannot understand all these negative reviews for Zara Home. Always arrives on time, perfect condition and products are of excellent quality for their respective price range. Great experience every time! Maybe reviewers are based in other countries..in Ireland myself. I highly recommend Zara home’s products and great online shopping experience.
