DO NOT BUY FROM ZARA HOME A SHOCKING COMPANY

What an awful company to deal with. I ordered a chair and footstool. The footstool came but no chair that was 2 weeks ago. Evri the delivery company lost the chair someone must of nicked it. They are just as bad. Trying to get in touch with anyone from Zara or Evri is impossible. Please in the run up to Christmas DO NOT BUY FROM ZARA HOME you will lose your money and be disappointed. In this day and age the WORSE COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH and I work in retail

I bought a set of 300 thread count…

I bought a set of 300 thread count sheets and they are the worst quality sheets I’ve ever owned. They are not soft, extremely thin and transparent, come out of the machine extremely crumpled and too small for the mattress size they are supposed to fit. Zara Home is such a scam.

Very bad experience

Order two furnitures from them, one of them was of a poor quality with scratches on the corners and the other one had an issue with the legs not being properly mounted on the table.

I reached out to them to return the items, which has now taken me 3 months, and I still havent received my refund from them. All processes takes so long time, with very poor customer service - all process are becoming my issue to deal with, and there is no help from the customer service.

I would strongly advocate for going with another option!

No items received and no refund!!

I placed a £140 order for new plates and bowls on 20th October. It was estimated to be delivered on the 22nd October before I moved course over 24th/25th/26th. It’s now the 26th and I’ve still had zero notification that the item has even been dispatched at all. When I got through on chat on the 22nd to ask for an update I was first told the courier had logged an issue. Then I was instead told they couldn’t locate it. Then I was told it said Evri still had time to deliver it that day. Obviously it didn’t arrive and when I asked for it to be cancelled and refund as I would no longer be at that address I was told they couldn’t because it had been dispatched - even though I’d received no notification of this. I was told it would be escalated and I would be contacted via email. It’s not been four days since I logged the issue and I’ve heard nothing, I’m down £140 and have no order. Appalling service and experience

Terible experience

Terible experienece. Just avoid. I ordered sideboard for 474 EUR and after delivery deadline was missed I tried to contact their contact center. I struggled for a week to get in touch with their customer care (they obviously did everything possible to make difficult to contact them). Once I got them they told me that the product is on the way back to their WH as the carrier did 3 atempts for delivery. And I don't have any email or text that was sent to me regarding expected delivery. So I asked them to send me the product again which they did. Again delivery process was with zero transparency without any visibility when to expect the product. One day I just received a call from some local curier saying I'll be in 10min at your house for delivery. What a joke! Ok I changed all teh plans for the day and went home to receive the package, When I unpacked the packge I was a little bit suspicious about the colour but anyway I thiught maybe it displays different live then on web. So I removed the packaging. THe next day I checked the web and I see that this product is offered in two different colours (oak and dark wood) and they obvoiusly delivered me the wrong colour, So from tomorrow my strugle starts again first to make a contact them which is extremely dificult thing and then to convince them that they delivered the wrong product. This company is joke. Either buy in store or avoid at any cost online orders.

Absolutely awful quality & customer service

Me and my partner have ordered 2 bins and 2 lamps this week all have arrived damaged with massive dents in the bins and holes in the lamp shades, they are so carelessly packaged the lamp shade had been forced into a box too small and was totally crushed both times we ordered it!! We are having to pay for delivery & return fees because trying to get a refund from Zara is absolutely impossible, after waiting hours for them to reply they give you 5 seconds to respond before ending the chat, we were also told someone would be in touch to arrange a courier to collect the damaged items and we haven’t heard a thing in a week so now having to travel an hour to our nearest Zara home to return it as there seems to be no other way to get a refund, I will never order from them again it is so not worth it.

Appalling customer service

I have returned two pairs of faulty curtains and the Zara home team have only refunded me for one curtain. They are withholding funds from me and the customer service I have experienced is beyond appalling. It has been over a month since I contacted them to inform them of the fault and I still do not have a refund. The response times from the customer service team are shocking and nobody on the phone seems to be able to action anything.

Shop H&M Home or anywhere else.
The products arrived broken, chipped and poor quality (although look stylish).

Trying to deal with customer service will take up hours and hours of your time trying to get a refund.

I would give zero stars if possible.

This company is an absolute disgrace. While the products are very nice, actually receiving one in usable condition is basically impossible. Every single item turns up broken, and their so-called “customer service” is a complete joke.

I’ve recently ordered three items within 1 order - and every single one arrived damaged beyond use. When you finally manage to get through to customer service, they promise to arrange a collection and send replacements once the items are returned. Then immediately they disconnect the chat and you never hear from them again - with no collections arranged or replacements received.

You end up having to chase them endlessly, sort the return yourself, pay for shipping out of your own pocket, and then re-order - only for the same thing to happen again. It’s an endless, infuriating cycle of incompetence.

This company should be ashamed. I’ve genuinely never experienced service this bad in my life. Avoid them at all costs.

A very disappointing customer…

A very disappointing customer experience. Total lack of transparency from Zara Home, which outsources customer service to a third-party with no direct contact or visibility over shipment tracking. The only response on loop: ‘We’ll notify the Zara Home team by email.’ Nearly €1,000 spent on furniture delivered late and only partially, with no information or apology. Completely unacceptable. What a shame.

Fantastic customer service

Fantastic customer service.
I am building a house, so I am furnishing most of it with Zara Home. I have to order a lot online and often return/replace. They have been beyond amazing! The customer service is really good, fast response and fair refund options. The quailty of the furniture is so good. My bed, table, couch, desk etc all ZaraHome and I love it.

I ordered a set of Tall Glass tumblers. The first order went missing and we're now discussing the location of the second order. Zara is such difficult company to deal with. Shame really since i like their products.

The worst online shopping experience I…

The worst online shopping experience I have ever ever had!
Be warned DO NOT BUY FROM ZARA HOME.
Ordered an expensive large rug over 3 weeks ago and still haven’t received it despite the date being long overdue and paying £600 plus delivery for it. I want the rug as it looks lovely but the customer service has been nothing short of diabolical! They won’t escalate my complaint to a manager and they keep telling me they’ll contact the delivery company ( Evri) . The rug has been sent back to Zara twice by Evri and I’m literally going round in circles. Horrid experience and still in it!

My order never arrived

My order never arrived. I chased Customer Services on more than one occasion. Trying to get in touch with them is not for the faint of heart.
When I did reach them they seemed to be completely confused and mystified by the fact I had ordered something from them.
I eventually got them to cancel the order and issue a refund. But even that seemed to be a mystical process and involved being put on hold 5 times.
Let's see if I get the refund...

Poor quality and terrible customer service

I received an item broken. It is nearly impossible to get in touch with customer service. Once I did, they replaced the item. The replacement showed up damaged. Again, I spent days trying to contact customer service. They sent a third - also damaged. Finally gave up and just returned it, but this also required days of trying to contact them and provide the necessary evidence that the item was damaged. Their prices are so high, I cannot believe the poor quality of their products and truly awful customer service.

Do not order from Zarahome

Do not order from Zarahome, extremely poor experience and looks like a scam. They mislabelled my order. It never arrived. Received multiple emails that it was transported and delivered to Zarahome's own depot in Brussels. Then received multiple emails that I had returned certain items, which I never did. You cannot reach customer service. They blocked my phone.
