I ordered two 'Jane Austen' themed T-shirts from Zazzle. They are great quality and arrived in no time at all. I had misjudged my size, but as soon as I contacted Zazzle they replied and were extremely helpful and generous in their response. I will most certainly be recommending them to my family and friends.

Unfortunately my original order seems to be lost somewhere. As I had chosen “not trackable” delivery methods, I almost gave-up receiving it. However, Zazzle kindly offered me a replacement item and sent it by express. I am very impressed.

I was nervous to order from Zazzle (an overseas company) for the first time. When my order didn’t arrive within the anticipated time frame. I contacted Zazzle expecting the worst. To my delight the team were excellent resolving the issue quickly. They were genuinely interested in providing great customer service. I now have some awesome quality T-shirts and happily to recommend Zazzle to others.

I ordered Christmas Labels from Zazzle but I was underwhelmed by my order when it arrived. However, when I contacted Zazzle they were gracious enough to offer a credit on the new order. Email was responded to promptly and they were very kind.

Ordered their Custom Foil Gold Logo Elegant Linen Business Card after seeing all their photos with the business cards with Gold Foil only to find out that they don't actually offer GOLD FOIL despite it being in their description, title and photos. Currently they are trying to get out of giving me a refund despite this being false advertising so i will be taking it to fair trading.

Ordered and paid 01.11.2023, the email from Zazzle said order received 02.11.2023. On 07.11.2023 Zazzle notified me that the order had been made. The tracker says parcel received and processed 15.11.2023. The tracker now says that the parcel arrived in the destination country 18.12.2023 - more than a month later. Today is 20.12.2023. I have still not received the order. Never again.

I made an error with my order and Zazzle provided a super speedy response and solution, great friendly customer service.
