Very easy to personalize

Very easy to personalize, and ordering was effortless. The buttons turned out beautifully, just the way I wanted. They will be the funeral favors for my grandmother.

Horrible Customer Service

My daughter ordered signs for her destination wedding. But 18 days before the wedding half of the order was delivered to her billing address and half to shipping address.
The portion shipped to correct address was for a BIRTHDAY party!
Trying to get in contact with someone from Zazzle was nearly impossible.
DO NOT use this company. Customer service if there is a problem is horrible.

Zazzle printed my wedding invitations incorrectly…

Zazzle printed my wedding invitations incorrectly in August. 2025. I contacted customer support and they corrected the issues and printed the correct order and covered the cost plus shipping. I placed another order last week and the order was delivered yesterday and there is another error! The error is not my fault, I requested to remove the Zazzle logo and the logo was not removed!
Zazzle did not inform me of the inability to remove the logo prior to my purchase. I requested for the corrected order plus expedited shipping and Zazzle did not cover the expedited shipped that I asked for. Zazzle made the error, therefore Zazzle should cover the cost of a new order AND the shipping option of my choice. Zazzle did not do this so, I will make sure I post this in my review. This is actually the second order that Zazzle has gotten wrong. I am disappointed and will need to find another print vendor going forward. I will not purchase from Zazzle again.

It was good

The invitations weren’t as high quality…

The invitations weren’t as high quality as I expected. Looked like something I could have printed myself on my own printer. Staples/Fedex are would have done a better more high quality job.
