Sold vouchers totalling £70.00 and never received payment. No response to emails - they have gone radio silent on social media also. No phone number to contact them for further assistance. Rumours of them looking for a buyer and going into administration. Avoid at all costs! I don’t know how they are allowed to continue trading when so many people have had horrific experiences as of late. They are stealing money plain and simple.

Also, I would be EXTREMELY wary of the one positive review in a sea of bad ones from ‘Adam’. It seems he has a referral code and likely makes money (or some other kind of benefit) from new users despite knowing what kind of a state the site is currently in. Shame on him.

Totalling £300 + I have received no payment.
I have sent 4 emails they do not respond.
I am so angry that they can advertise and be getting away with this....
There is no contact phone number.

Blocked account, support letters are not responding to emails! I can not log into my account and use gift cards!
I will make a chargeback through the mastercard payment system!

Fraudsters!!! I have over £550 account balance with ZeekShop and they do not let me log into my account to use the credit. I have been trying to log into my account for 3 weeks and have sent them numerous emails but they don't reply at all. I have used ZeekMarketplace for 2 years and have spent over £3500 with them. ZeekShop is probably been set up by them to commit fraud with people monies. Be careful!!

I paid 50 for a ARGOS gift card and cannot get the card but the money is taken off my card. Never pay anything to them and don't be mislead by their stunt of bonus or whatever.

I will try all my best to put them into justice.

Unacceptable. We have received unacceptable service on our most recent transactions with the company. Actually no service at all. There has been no communication from Zeek about why we have not received our payment in over 27 days, when they quote "up to 14 days."

We have had to do research to find sites like this where it seems many people are having the same problems. Then only have we read in the news recently that the company is having troubles. Do not start any new transactions with the company.

We will be pursuing our money to our best ability including legal action. Best of luck to the others.

took my vouchers knowing they were going bust trying to find out who dealing with there insolvency.
They still registered as trading on companies house as zeek mobile limited they need to be arrested for fraud. only took my vouchers 14 days ago knowing they were not going to pay me !!!

Conned me in to using their service right before it seems like they have gone bust. Took my gift card, and my money with nothing to show.

Have reported them for fraud.

Absolutely DO NOT buy any vouchers from this company!! I bought a river island voucher from them in December as a gift, the money went from my account and the recipient has been unable to use the egift card. The message that comes up is “gift unavailable”!
I contacted Zeek on 9/2/19 and no one has got back to me!!
Seriously they are con artists, they take your money and you get NOTHING! I am fuming!!! I am also contacting trading standards and the Martin Lewis money show regards this as it’s robbery!!!!

Apparently this company has gone to the wall. Tread carefully!!!!

I guess my bad for not taking screenshots of £130 worth of gift cards that I can't access now as completely locked out of the account, any requests for help and log in link unanswered.
Company in administration, bye bye money. Annoyed? Most definitely. I'd like to believe wiser and won't keep anything with monetary value in some who-knows-where-based wizz sites/apps where consumer protection not present.

I sold a John Lewis on 21 Jan 2019 and am still waiting for my payout of £399.50.

I received an email from Zeek on 31 Jan 2019 saying...

Thank you for selling your voucher with us.

I'm afraid there has been a slight delay at the bank. The transfer has been sent, however, it may take an extra couple days to process the funds.

It is now 15 Feb 2019 and still have not received any funds.

What’s going on?
I’ve used Zeek many times before. I recently cashed in a gift voucher, waited the 14 days for the payment to be made into my paypal account - and nothing! I’ve emailed three times now with no responses from Zeek.
Totally gutted and so sorry to hear about the many others who have been affected.
I have sent my experience details to BBC rogue traders as they might be able to highlight Zeek and their failures!

Unfortunately have had to give it 1 star although id prefer to give it none. i Used this site as i saw it recommended by Martin Lewis and thought it would be a better was of keeping money aside to buy gift cards for gifts or to purchase then use myself - I have about £100 in my account with them which i now have no access to, constant emails and no replies. Poor customer service - i have since seen they have gone into administration but there has no been no communication to those affected - Appalling!!!!!

Fraud/Theft pure and simple the sold my voucher and pocketed the money on the 29th when they clearly knew they had no funds to pay me. £278 stolen....have repirted to police in the hope they get the website taken down

Scammers - sold a gift card worth £125 and am yet to hear any news of payment 17 days later - they have gone radio silent and are well over the 10 days they display in their Terms of service

Owed £389 no replies over 10 days. Company isn't limited company. Scammers

They have over £200 of my money and I can't use it as the website won't allow it!
NOT IMPRESSED with customer service - oh hang on NO customer service!

My first transaction with them was fine. Money received into bank account within 10 days. It’s now 13th Feb and I am still waiting for a response to two emails to them as I haven’t received payment.
