You were charged because you did not come on given time and w gave you option to wait which you did not agree to.
If customer does not come on given time that make our work hard and like putting spanner in work.
PS. you have used the service and in scam you do not receive service, just because you had to pay admin does not make ZENITH PARKING a scam.

Terrific service. Great price. No brainer. I will use again and highly recommend. Heathrow is so difficult now with car parks and restrictions. I just want to get in and get out. This was so smooth, stress free and a really helpful friendly guy to meet & do the pick up and drop off.

Zenith Airport Parking delivered an Excellent service
Zenith Airport Parking delivered an excellent service on my recent travel in Terminal 5. Driver was friendly and made no delay during drop off. During pickup my flight landed early than expected but Zenith didn't left me stranded to wait until the booking time. Zenith made a driver available quickly as they can to drop the car. I would recommend Zenith to anyone for a problem free journey.

Better than expected.
A better than expected service. Their initial email did not mention that you have to call before arriving at the drop off point to be met or that there is an additional Heathrow parking charge to pay for delivery and pickup, but as we were early a slight delay was not a problem. Now that we understand the system we would happily use their service again. After 4 weeks the car was delivered back clean and tidy and the odometer showed it had not been used while we were away (one hears horror stories). All in all a good service at a reasonable cost.

Awful experience.. didn’t meet us on time and we had to pay the extra time in parking.. non existent customer service.. awful service..
This is a reply to admin of Zenith- please learn how to talk to your customers with respect. Actually I have proof of messages that your driver didn’t arrive on time as “his car was stuck and has to take taxi”. I wasn’t late but your driver was. I will expect you to just apologise as things happen outside your control instead of resorting to bullish online insults. Learn some simple courtesy. End of discussion.

I was late for the airport
I was late for the airport, these guys went out their way to get me to the airport on time. The car was kept in safe hands, they are a superb service and friendly. All other experiences have been quite poor with other companies and I was so surprised at how accommodating these guys were. Thank you so much.

I recommend Zenith Airport parking, used them many times and no issues whatsoever, friendly staff and i know that they have a legit compound yard to store vehicles, not like some other meet and greet companies they park your car in a layby.

Excellent Experience
I read a variety of reviews from good to bad and am very happy to give my own.
We had to travel at short notice from LHR terminal 2 and chose Zenith for a ten day car meet/parking package.
We were met on time, very pleasantly and given precise instructions for contacting Zenith staff on return to LHR.
We were met, with our car as planned and precisely on time.
An excellent experience from start to finish and l would have no hesitation on using them again and recommending to fellow travellers.

An excellent experience as have used them before. Prompt , helpful service and Habib and Asad are very courteous.
Would recommend their drop off and pick up valet service from their storage yard, which is very close to the airport.
I would use them again.

Not a “traditional” meet-and-greet service as you pick up (and drop-off) the staff member before and after the flight from a nearby site but it worked out pretty well and now that I know how it works I would use them again.

We cant fault this service, it was very efficient and hassle-free. The car was returned to us as we left it and the mileage was as expected. The drop off / pick up turn around is done very quickly and efficiently. I will use this company again.

Zenith Meet & Greet T5 Heathrow
There are a number of operators @ Heathrow T5, so not easy to choose an efficient provider.
I used Zenith for parking on a short break to Venice and was highly impressed. They are polite, easy to deal with, very competitive and on arrival back I barely had to wait 10 minutes for the return of my car.
Very impressed, will use them again and strongly recommend them
