Zenith airport parking 

Efficient service. Use meet and greet for the first time. Driver was polite and friendly. Did not have to wait long for my vehicle to be brought round. Will certainly use this company again!

A very efficient and good value meet and greet service. Good communication and speedy service at drop off and pick up. Our car was left with Zenith parking for 46 days and we had no problems whatsoever. The driver had checked our car the day before our return to make sure it was ok. Highly recommend Zenith.

I was a bit skeptical as I never used a meet & greet service. I booked to fly out from Heathrow, I was given instructions to call 30 minutes before arrival, thus behold I drove to the compound, I was greeted by staff who drove me to my terminal, stress free of parking, waiting for the bus, none of that. When I returned to Heathrow, the process was easy, text the mobile you will be given to say you have landed, text again once you collect luggage, I waited no more than 3 minutes & one of the drivers of Zennith picked me up, helped me with luggage, lovely down to earth guy. I would highly recommend Zennith Compound, my car was returned in the same condition I left it with them, the car is in a secure location. Stress free, reasonably priced. Cheaper than parking at Heathrow.

Used Zenith for recent trip, we were early and phoned company who suggested we divert to their office address and driver would take us to Heathrow from there. Basically a yard with a gate and padlock, certainly no sophisticated security measures as per website description. Dropped off at Heathrow outside the official zone supposedly to save us paying any fees as the driver told us that we would be collected at the same place on our return again to save any fees. As instructed, we phoned when we landed and again after collecting our luggage. We then had to wait for nearly an hour at the designated place outside.

There was no sign of anyone to meet us, so we called and driver who was now waiting for us at the short stay parking area on 4th floor. He was waving at us over the balcony and told us to go to the fourth floor to meet him! We were struggling with bags and suitcases whilst he waited in the relative warmth of the car park.

Supposedly he couldn't come to the agreed pick up point because police were monitoring the area and WE (not him) would have incurred an £80 fee. There was no police presence at all, as plenty of people were being dropped off and collected and we'd been there for at least an hour.

We had to pay the parking fee ourselves and drive him back to his office. He refused to drive under the pretence that I needed practise on the car having not driven for a week!
We argued with him in the car, basically saying their promise of a hassle free service was a con and dropped him off at his request on the pavement near his office. He slammed the car door so hard that he broke the lock covering and stormed off, leaving us to find our own way back onto the motorway.

Their price point all now makes sense. Zenith has no need to use their own transport to get drivers to and from the airport. They basically use their customers as chauffeurs. They also save themselves ULEZ charges as the customers have to pay that, so their quotes are therefore very competitive.

Don't be fooled!

The whole experience was unsatisfactory and unprofessional and the last thing we needed after a very long flight.

We will never use them again and strongly suggest you don't either.

Despite google search saying this company is permantly closed they are operating via ezybook and you don't know its them till you have paid up. Absolute rip off. Arrived to be told car was non standard and we had to pay double. The company had car make, model and reg number 3 weeks prior. Our car, MPV was smaller than the 4x4 we parked next to and is classified as standard by the ferry company we had just got off, lower than 2.2m shorter length than 4.8m. We had to make a choice on the spot to cancel and lose our first payment then try to find another company with 2 hours before flight or pay double the amount again. Driver refused to believe we don't use banking apps on mobile phone and was rude and condescending accusing us of lying. Felt like we were being mugged at gun point whilst we had to phone our bank to make immediate transfer. Bank was un easy and kept checking it wasn't fraud. Collecting vehicle on our return took nearly 1 hour after the 2nd required call after baggage claim and we had to chase twice to see where they were although they did phone us to say stuck in traffic as well

Excellent service. Was successful with dropping the cars off at the compound 14th Oct then was taken back to Enterprise. We were then collected from terminal 2, 31st Oct and collected our cars from the compound. Very many thanks.

There is nothing in the email that states we have to pay £15 admin fee when we drop the car for not putting in the reg. This said it no where and I could not input it.
Not only did we not drop the car at the terminal we were made to go to their compound, drive the guy to the airport to drive our car back!!!!
And made us drive to a cash point to get the £15 out for him. Absolute disgrace I will never book with this company again

Prompt & courteous & friendly - the car is in good nick & that is surely all what you want in this service. It was slightly cheeky our “meeter & greeter” asked to be picked up & dropped back to his office, but we couldn’t do it, so no problem.
