Zenith airport parking 

I was a bit surprised when I called 20 mins before I arrived at Heathrow to be asked to go to their office “only 10 minutes away” as they were short of drivers. I said I had paid to be met at the airport. When I arrived at terminal 5 I got a telling off as it took 10 minutes longer to get there as we got held up in traffic. In my return, I called as soon as I landed and also once I had picked my baggage up, as requested. I was told they were short of drivers so had to hang around for half an hour to wait for my car. When it did arrive, it was filthy (I took pictures) and made me wonder where it had been parked. These guys are cheaper, but anyone can set up as a meet and greet business and there is no legislation or code. You also have to pay £6 on dropping off and £6 on picking up for the car-park, which more reputable companies include in their charges. Dig into the Ts and Cs and they do tell you. Would not use them again - very amateur and should have paid a bit more to use a more reputable company.

Fast and friendly service. Both drivers were helpful and chatty. Nice experience. Good price.

Great service friendly and polite our experience was good all round. Our driver was very helpful and staff were accommodating when our flight was a little bit delayed. And went out of their way to help us. Car was returned in good condition. Very reasonable price for a week at Heathrow

Excessive surcharge- arrived at machine at 11.30, stood by machine as per instructions but delivery driver wasn't around 3 minutes later he appeared and made us pay a £40 surcharge in cash before we could take the car.

Always been on time spot on, friendly staff.
I have seen some negative reviews and to me it doesnt make any sense as me and my friends and family been using Zenith for almost 5 years now not even once had problem with them.
Its a business and a business is run by rules unlike a fish market where you can bargain and expect things.
If T&C states something everyone have to comply with it, if you have problem speak to staff rathar than try to ruin someone reputation and there is heathrow official carpark use them if you want where you pay 4 times more but dont get service as Zenith provides.
I personally have no issue with them and recommend them to everyone definately not to people who find dust on red carpets.

Zenith has been wonderful and been providing whats been promised, everyone knows you have to pay for carpark and we all do, changes makes it hard for anyone so be ready to pay admin its a simple straight forward terms.

I have been using them every now and then we fly from Heathrow and will use them, i have recommended them to over 100 and they all seem to be happy with Zenith.

I would give them 100 stars than only 5, best company I have used so far and best experience I have had till date.

Great efficient service I had habibas a driver to collect and deliver my car, excellent communication and on time both ways. My first time using meet and greet will definitely be using zenith again.

Do not book with this company, the WORST !! On arrival after phoning them, had to wait almost an hour for them to arrive, and from this I had to pay excessive drop off parking fee. When questioned , the representative was abusive. On my return a week later, phoned them , as requested on the documentation , but when we had got out of the airport , back to the drop off point, the man had just left the car and departed. In arriving early, and leaving the car, I again had to pay an excessive short stay drop off fee. Speaking to the company on the phone to question why they had done this, all I got was a tirade of abusive language. These guys should be banned from operating, DO NOT USE

Brilliant at Heathrow, we actually drove to their headquarters and picked their driver up, 5 minutes out. He showed us where to go to not pay any airport fees and then drove the car away. On return we phoned as we landed and then again when we had all bags before customs. Walked outside to where we were dropped off and the car was there within 2 minutes. We had no airport fees and dropped their driver off back at their yard. He then told us the best way home missing the M25. Will definate use again on every flight from Heathrow. Thank you.

One star as you cannot give ZERO - AVOID.
Firstly when we phone when 30 minutes from Heathrow we were asked if we would go 7 miles out of our way to collect him and take him to the airport - when we refused he was very angry. We arrived at Heathrow and had to wait 20+ minutes for the operator to arrive - he heard me complaining to my wife and said if I was complaing he would leave me with my car and walk away. Unbelievable.
On retyurn we phoned as requested when we landed and when we had retrieved our luggage - we then had to wait 25+ minutes for the same very rude man to turn up who then complained that our car had been to dirty for him to want to drive it.
We will NEVER use this outfit again
