I ordered a set of lenses for a quest…
I ordered a set of lenses for a quest 3, and rec'd a message that they were back ordered for at least a few weeks. Three days later they shipped me the wrong lenses (for a 3 S). When I told them about it I got a snotty reply that essentially said "too bad, there's no returns".
So I learned a $50 lesson. Zenni gets paid when they ship so if they don't have something in stock, they'll just ship you whatever they do have and then deny any sort of return. Buyer beware

I have been using Zenni for years now, and I am continually impressed at how easy they make the experience, and how i can literally buy 4 different pairs of glasses for what used to be the price of one.
The "try it on" feature is helpful, but I would love to see them do a follow-up calibration.. testing people's actual frames that they purchased vs. the try it on. (i'd sign up for it) .. this is becasue there is often a little variation in the sizing or how it sits on your face
either way, i'm a big fan. i'll keep coming back to zenni

The some troubles…..…
The glasses are nice but I am having trouble wearing them because they need to be adjusted. Something is “off” when it comes to depth perception…..my previous pair from Zenni was great.

I liked the eyeglass styles a lot
I liked the eyeglass styles a lot, but I wasn’t able to actually experience the product ahead of time. It turns out that the notepads do not work for my nose. My new sunglasses are beautiful, they are just not comfortable for my anatomy.
