Far above what is expected.
I am a retired VP of purchasing for the 5th largest cabinet company in the US. I believe that the measure of a company is not what it does when all is well, but what they do when you need help. I bought a pair of glasses that used a magnetic sunglass clip. That clip was lost in a wreck. I contacted Zenni to buy another clip. They do not sell the clip without the glasses. Gloria, in customer service, was able to obtain approval for Zenni to send me a pair of glasses with no prescription, along with the magnetic clip, free with no shipping costs to me. Well above any solution that would be accepted. OUTSTANDING.

I have zero complaints about the…
I have zero co.plaints about the glasses but the support is terrible. I ordered glasses that were sent to the wrong address. No biggie things happen, I was told it was caused by my old address being cached in my account. After the glasses got stuck in a usps loop causing my glasses to stay in transit for 6 weeks. Ok usps is not good we know that. I see my glasses show up in their novato which stayed there for over a week. I contacted support several times being told the same script over and over.
Here is a list of false promises.
1st support chat, I was told if my glasses did not show up in 2 weeks, they would send me other pair.
A few chats later that I was given the same script over and over. "We will.personally look out for glasses and send them fed ex as soon a s we get them.
A support phone call that I had moved up from the initial support person because I didnt want to be told the same thing. Got a manager of some sort, got the exact same script. We will send your glasses fed ex.
Glasses were sent via usps 2 month and 4 days after they were ordered. Lies lies and lies. I am so disappointed by zenni because I though they were one of the good ones. Good thing is, is that there a bunch of zenni copycats out there with same product. Too bad

Horrible service
Horrible service. Got glasses and they came damaged in the package. Zero help. First im told they will send out a replacement immediately. We'll a week later im told they dont do that and nothing was ever done. So I can only get store credit. Or a refund. I dont like being lied to to pacify me. Lost my business forever.
