They have fixed bifocal points that I wasn’t told until AFTER I ordered glasses for my son and we received them.
I then had no other choice than to ask for a refund but my refund amount was $10 less than my total cost.
I even had to put out extra money to return the product.
I tried contacting customer service and every other email linked to their website I had and every single one denied my emails once the refund that THEY saw fit was confirmed.
Ya live and ya learn!
