I been buying for several years from this company but I discovered recently that I'm allergic to the materials they use. Currently I've got 2 pairs from them and I wanted to get 4 wooden arms so I change the petrol made plastic arms over into wood. But nope no spare parts whatsoever. I'm sure that is even against any trading act as all products need to make 10 years of spare parts for products they sell. Typical corporate policies! They lost a good client.

And no I already reached out and zenni could not be of any help as they wouldn't supply arms by itself. So service is basically non existent.

Item was lost in the mail. Not Zennni’s fault but Zenni would not intervene on my behalf. I was told that every time the USPS did an update to tracking I would need to wait 10 days before they intervened. The updates were not really updates just “your package is running late” updates which would put me 10 more days out from Zenni opening a case for my missing item. This was frustrating as it put my delivery out 20 more days. The glasses were great when I finally received them.

They have really great customer service and excellent return policies. I've had to return a few pairs of glasses, not because of quality or workmanship, simply did not work for me, and Zenni Optical didn't give me any hassle.

I just wish there were more options for small adult frames. There doesn't seem to be too many, and it makes it hard to find a suitable pair. Other than that, Zenni Optical is the best!

I always get excited ordering my eyeglasses from Zenni. The choices and prices can't be beat. It is easy and quick to order. That is why I order multiple pairs ever time my rx changes

Good selection of eyeglass frames, prices are much lower than local optician, prescription made correctly, and turnaround reasonably fast (my delivery was slow due to the U.S. Postal Service sending it from California to West Virginia with a detour to Texas).

I found it very hard to navigate the site for prescription sunglasses. Half the sunglasses that were suggested I wasn’t able to add a prescription. When i finally found a pair of sunglasses that would accept prescriptions I ordered them with bifocals for close distance and remand the rest of the glasses for distance. When i received my glasses they didn’t have bifocals, only prescription for distance.
