Great company!
I have been purchasing zenni for years for myself and my children. I think there has only been one pair of glasses I was unhappy with and that was no fault of theirs. I had done the virtual try on and just thought they were going to fit better. I mailed them back and they gave me a credit to get another paid very quickly. Love Zenni!

Update: Zenni refunded my money for the glasses that were not the correct prescription.
My first pair I actually loved, but the weld on the frame broke after 6 months and now I cannot wear them. They were very cheaply made. I ordered a second pair, and immediately had headaches and vision issues. I took them to my eye doctor and was told the prescription was not correct, so they're useless and it's been 3 weeks so I cannot return them. I really would not recommend ordering glasses from Zenni, it was a complete waste of money.

Broken automated system
Broken automated system. I asked for a receipt for a recent order and they sent me a receipt for an order 14 years ago, causing all kinds of trouble with my FSA. Then, they ask me for my order number numerous times, apparently they couldn't find it. Customer service is terrible
