Don´t use Zentrada.

Ordered 7/3 from Vegamar Servicio Online S.L. on Zentrada. 22/3 still no tracking, and the supplier has blocked me, so i can´t write to them. Zentrada "Customerservice" has not answered me in 2 days. I have used Zentrada a couple of times, and everytime there have been problems. I do not recommend anyone to use this.

There have been probmlems with around 50-60% of all the orders, but everytime it takes several hours to explain etc. I don´t have the time to explain every single time. But this was the last order from us.

We ordered from several companies in Spain this month. All of the other companies could deliever the goods.

At least you could keep us updated instead of silence and blocking us.

In my opinion this is not a serious buinsness to run!

As already informed in the Trouble Ticket, there are strikes in Spain currently and thus shipments from there are delayed right now:

"As the supplier has also already informed you, unfortunately currently there are strikes in the logistics sector in Spain. We expect that the situation will calm down again by the mid of next week. Unfortunately due to the strike there are delays at the moment.
I understand that this is an unsatisfactory situation but unfortunately force majeure and beyond the supplier’s control."

The supplier did not block you at all. You reported a problem and thus the chat is simply no longer available then.

The estimated (!!!) delivery time stated was 8 business days after payment. At this moment there is a "delay" of two days. Which is not a justified reason for a cancellation at all - especially given the strikes.

However, we have now decided to cancel the order for you anyways as a courtesy so that you do not have to deal any longer with us.

Btw: you made 67 orders on zentrada and reported a total of six problems since your registration in 2016. "Everytime there have been problems" sounds a little overstated given this fact, doesn't it?

We appreciate it but also have to say that estimated (!) delivery times are always stated in advance in the non-binding offer. Here you have the possibility to simply reject it in case the stated terms & conditions shouldn't meet your expectations.

Every product is perfect with high…

Every product is perfect with high quality, but the soap bubble toys opened during transportation and now they are empty and everything else got messy. I would recommend this site for sure, but be more careful with your transportation.

Delivery usually is quite slow

Delivery usually is quite slow, but in time. Customer support is good. Picture quality is very poor.
