buing prices vs. competitors selling prices
I'd expecting more producers between suppliers. Some of the buying prices are from current suppliers same as selling prices other competitors on the market..

I brought an order the quantity was not clear.I only recieved 10 of units which would have cost me £5 in wholesale but with them it is £35....this is not wholesale they will take your order delay delivery and refuse return.Take them to your credit card agency you have rights.Also very rude and unhelpful.

Let me explain it to you once again:
You only asked what exactly you have ordered AFTER you placed the binding order and effected payment.
As informed in the chat and the ticket, the goods were already ordered for you and we could not cancel them. That is why - as informed several times - a cancellation of your order was no longer possible.
Also: prices are clearly stated on the website. If they do not meet your expectations, simply do not order the products.
"Also very rude and unhelpful."
The only one who was rude were actually you: "You are scum"
(this is your message you sent Tobias in the Trouble Ticket).
And yes, of course we would take actions in case of an unjustified charge back since the products are shipped and on the way. I guess that is comprehensible.
