We no longer work with Zentrada
We worked with Zentrada for about a year.
Cons included expensive shipping, high markups on products, deliveries being delayed more than expected. When there's a broken or low-quality product, don't expect assistance from their side. It' most important for them to take your money. Example: we bought bedsheets with awful quality and wrong dimensions and when we asked for refund. Their answer was "You had 10 days to check the products" So what are we suppose to do open every bedsheet and measure it ?

Small purchase
Small purchase, the 1st one to test out the plattform. Processing, delivery times, state of product on arrival, all tópics were within expectations. The provider had to adjust the order due to stock changes, value was credited and the remaining order expedited. I find it very reasonable, for our 1st experience we are pleased. Great customer service but no real product ratings
Customer support is fast and efficient most of the time. I really appreciate the fact that suppliers get paid only when you confirm everthing is ok with the order you've received and if there is a faulty product you get credit/ refund almost straight away. The only downside is that product ratings are misleading because products are rated based on the overall rating of a customer's order which gets distributed to all the products in that particular order, so bad products can have 5 stars if the overall experience was good and good products can have less stars if the overall experience with a seller wasn't perfect. This is not mentioned anywere, making it very misleading if you haven't purchesed from Zentrada before. I only found out when I messaged customer support asking why I can't review/ rate the products I've bought but I do see product ratings.

Once Supplier Confirm products are available and at time of delivery he is unable to supply after receiving of payment, There should be penalty on supplier to supply same products on discounted rate on Next Order

It may be annoying but unfortunately it's part of the game. Non-deliverable products are refunded immediately (as you know since you're ordering quite regularly).
