Beware of Open Box Delivery
I ordered a TP Link router on the zepto app using the Open Box Delivery. When I received it, the box had no seal in it. I asked the delivery guy why there's no seal and he said he had no idea. I looked in and saw the product inside. It was a little dark but still I saw it. The delivery partner assured me it I could return it if there's something wrong with it. I took the product inside my house and under proper lighting, I see that it's just a shell of the product with no electronics inside. I raised a ticket on Zepto and it has denied my claim of refund/replacement stating that I accepted the product under open box delivery. The system is flawed and I would've never thought this would happen with Zepto. I didn't think they would shift the responsibility to me either. I understand if the product was not working they have the right to deny the claim but this is unacceptable. Never ordering from Zepto again.
