We as a company like the fact we have a contact with Zerographic. When we have a query or need advice Russ always replies very promptly and finds a resolution to our problem. When we have needed an engineer out, they have been out within 24 hours.
I would definitely recommend them.

Great customer service

I've found their customer service great! Mackenzie, our account manager, is really attentive. Zerographic always attends to our technical problems and answers all our questions. I just wish their printers were more affordable.

Fantastic company to work with

Zerographic is a fantastic company to deal with. Great customer service with competitive prices. A dedicated account manager at the end of a phone call or email is much appreciated and makes all the difference. Deal with this company with confidence!

Our company was looking for a new…

Our company was looking for a new Multi-Function Printer and after a lot of research I decided upon Zerographic.

The salesperson that I spoke to Dave Goodman was extremely helpful and very attentive, he offered plenty of advice and went through many options that would be the best for our company, once the order was placed we received the printer very promptly, efficiently and with no problems or issues.

Since receiving the printer I have had no issues and the after care and follow up from Dave Goodman was exemplary.

A very professional, honest company and it has been a pleasure to deal with them and their salesperson Dave Goodman.

Anthony Bailey did a great job at accessing our needs and delivering an affordable solution. We were very cautious at first and this company has passed all our tests, now 6 months into the contract it's going really well.

Great prices and excellent service

We recently dealt with Clive Davies to organise the lease of a printer to our new office. We were very happy with the deal offered, much better than any other quote I had and the service from Clive was excellent. Would recommend!

We were looking for a new…Multi-Function Printer

We were looking for a new Multi-Function Printer and after a Google search, I came across Zerographic. The salesperson that I spoke to was extremely helpful and offered plenty of advice. We placed our order and received the goods very promptly.
Since receiving the printer I have had one reason to call their UK-based Helpdesk and I must say that they were amazing and resolved the fault over the phone. Well done Zerographic

Wonderful service

We are recently coming to an end of our contract with zerographic and the experience has been really outstanding so far.

Signed up with them in May 2023 and I…

Signed up with them in May 2023 and I was charged double within the first two months and they refuse to acknowledge this and refund me. The rep who signed me up is in agreement with me on this and knows I have been double billed. Sophie in the office is extremely rude. I would never recommend them to anyone. I hope they see this then maybe I will get my 100 pounds back!!!!!
Do me a favor then an show me exactly where on the contract it states I will pay the same amount twice and I will agree with you.

We're very sorry that you are unhappy with the service you have received thus far.
Unfortunately, the amount you had been billed within the first month is correct. On the contracts you signed with us, it states that there is a documentation fee to be paid upon first signing. As you had signed both a Finance contract and a Service contract with us, there was a documentation fee applicable for both contracts. Therefore, the amount you paid is correct.
We are very sorry for any confusion this has caused.
