My carpets look amazing!!

My carpets look amazing!!! Ben was ontime, attentive and extremely nice to work with! He made sure even the toughest of stains came out and called me 30 minutes before he came. Will definitely be using zerores again!!!

The technician arrived on time

The technician arrived on time, he was very knowledgeable of the products used and was able to answer any questions I had. And very honest regarding any spots or stains on our sectional.
Would highly recommend!

Zerorex is terrible the franchise in…

Zerorex is terrible the franchise in the Santa Clara area has poor customer service and the chemicals don't work. They don't stand by their work, and I was told that if spots reappear let them know and they would take care of them I called them out and they agreed the chemicals were a problem and failed to correct the issue.

I cannot believe how amazing my carpets…

I cannot believe how amazing my carpets look! Zerorez was on time, called me 30 minutes before they arrived and were in and out in an hour! Ben was extremely professional and transparent, and did a great job! I will absolutely be making this an annual event.

Anthony and Zerorez are Amazing

Anthony was Awesome and Amazing. He worked extremely hard on several stubborn stains and made the carpet look fresh and new. Anthony is very professional, nice, kind, courteous, promp, and a great educator on carpet issues. This is the 2nd time Anthony has cleaned our carpet and each time has been Amazing. Thank you so very much Anthony your work is perfection and deserves 5 Stars. The company gets 5 stars as well for Amazing customer service. They were very accommodating when I asked to change the appointment date, The over the phone estimate was fair and the add on price was fair as well. The arrival time estimate was reasonable and Anthony arrived early. They update you for the arrival. They are very kind and easy to talk to. This is a true and honest review. Thank you Zerorez.
