Used Zervant for around 4 years, with no issues but the recent change not letting you edit existing invoices can be annoying, couple of invoices ive done in a rush had a mistake on there but once generated you are stuck with it, ending up with duplicate invoices having to be made.

I use this program already 6 years, always without problems.
There are only 2 things that could be ameliorated,
1 The customer service is impossible to reach, this is very anoying if you have a problem.
2 The making of credit-note's is way to complicated, it is also counting with a different number so that your books get messed up ( if you make a mistake)

A great invoicing platform for a small business
The platform allows easy registration and sign-in via email. With a free subscription, you can send up to 5 invoices. The invoices have a barcode and bank connection if needed. I have enjoyed using the service for the last nine months.

Overall good and straighforward
Very nice, tho slightly expensive when only 1-2 invoices are need per month..
But please(!) bring back the possibility to edit approved invoices. If there's an editorial error and your customer wants to get a corrected invoice, you need to create a completely new one (distorting view on number of invoices etc).

Not Worth The Price
Not worth the price. Constantly very very slow, sometimes cannot access Zervant. Not allowed to edit Invoices mean you have to now create a new invoice which just caused an admin nightmare.
Half the time it will log you out, no support available only via a ticket system which takes ages to reply, bad customer service. Awful awful system and last time using it, will be looking for a new system after my subscription is up.

We're really sorry to read this. While bugs can and do happen, Zervant does not log anyone out.
It is indeed not possible to edit an invoice once it is approved, as this is simply not legal. :) You can create drafts instead, and approve the invoices only once you're sure they are ready.
There is a system in place to create credit notes or void invoices for this situation. :)

We really do understand how this can be a little hard to adapt to, but it is necessary in order to provide you with an invoicing software that fully complies with the law.
You can save your invoices as drafts instead of approving them, this way you will be able to edit them until they are ready to be sent to your customers. :)
