I’ve used the free version of Zervant for a few years. I generate very few invoices so perhaps that’s the reason I’ve had no problems with it. I will certainly carry on using it.

Customer services didn't impress me. They took far too long to respond and the response doesn't normally address the matter raised.
Date of experience is irrelevant, this is an ongoing situation.
Fair is fair. That has to be the quickest ever repsonse I have ever had from your company. Maybe I should just try and reach you via trust pilot I the future 😁
Like I said the product is super. I don't like that you're only allowed 30 customers to invoice as much as you like. And that you have to increase the subscription to add more customers... Apart from that I like the app 👌🏼

Brilliant Free Invoice Generation Tool for Small Businesses
I have been using the free version of Zervant for over 3 years now and i am absolutely satisfied with Zervant is offering for a small business like mine.
If you have buiness has limited customers and you need to maintain only about 5 customers a month then Zervant is the best Invoice generation tool i have used in the last 3 years.
You can customise the currency and the services you provide.
There are options to send the invoice to your registered mail as well.
All in all i am happy with the free subscription provided by Zervant.

Initially I was impressed with the free service.I rarely use it, however some clients wanted official documentation.It soon became apparent that it was a limited service.Go over 10 clients and it's time to pay.Even then, once you hit an invoice limit it's time to pay.I have no interest in paying a fixed subscription every month for something I use so rarely.It's just not good value for money.Sorry but that is my honest opinion.

I am not sure how rarely you use Zervant, but if you use it less than once a month, you could get a monthly subscription when you need, and cancel it when you don't. :) You would have access to all your data while on the free plan, of course.

We have reviewed your support case, and you did not cancel your subscription until after the 14-day trial had expired. The 14-day trial is there to give you enough time to try Zervant Premium and make a decision. If the trial is not cancelled before it ends, the subscription starts, naturally.
You still have access to your premium subscription until the end of the current billing cycle, and we hope that during this time, we'll be able to show you the value of our software. Please do get in touch with our support should you have any questions about starting to use it, or anything else. :)

I have not used the service for a Year
I have not used the service for a Year. I received an invoice today to be told they had autonewed my account without previous communication. I cancelled it immediately on knowing and they refuse to process a refund even though my account can no longer be used for the next year. AVOID THIS COMPANY

You can of course use your premium subscription until the end of the billing cycle.

If you are referring to the fact that you cannot edit your approved invoices anymore, this was done in order to be compliant with invoicing laws, and we did announce it both by email and inside the software.

Unreliable.
I logged in to do my month end invoicing and the platform completely fails to load. Disabled adblocker and cleared cache and still doesn't work. I did get a message on login asking if I would recommend Zervant to others. Well, that's a resounding No then.

Chorus Pro E-invoicing
I use the invoicing software to electronically send invoices using Chorus Pro in France. The software produces professional looking invoices without any unnecessary frills.
It saves me quite a lot of time from having to attach various documents to the Chorus Pro website.
So far, I'm very happy with the software.
