Best provider and customer support.

All companies have their issues, for sure, but knowing how to make things right is what set companies apart. In my experience Ziggo is the best internet provider out there. Reliable connection, customer support always available and helpful, and most of all, respectful to their customers. I’ve had some very bad experiences with other providers and I must say that being a Ziggo’s customer is a delight compared to the alternatives.

Horrible company

Such a horrible company. I moved out more than one year ago from my old place where I had to cancel the contract for internet. However the new tenant suggested that he I'll pay it when I moved out so I switch to his payment account and didn't send the device back. Now that he moved out, all invoices was back on me again which is understandable, but I tried to call Ziggo to cancel, no answer no reply, website design is as complicated as possible without English version, Customer services page appears to be avoiding as many requests as possible. After trying to contact them for two months, they still keep sending me the invoice and now they even use Bos incasso to collect debt from me, also a 200% increased interest. Unbelievable. Also account deletion is not possible so you are kind of stuck with this
horrible company for a long time.

I had a terrible experience with Ziggo

I had a terrible experience with Ziggo. Their internet service is painfully slow and extremely unreliable. But the worst part? They overcharged me. I was supposed to pay around sixty euros per month, but they started billing me eighty-five euros instead. When I contacted them to fix it and get a refund, they didn't just delay or ignore my request—they actually started disconnecting my internet for two hours every day. And after a few of those weird cutoffs, they completely shut down my service. No warning, no proper resolution, just pure arrogance and disrespect. Honestly, this is the worst ISP I've ever dealt with. If you're thinking of signing up with Ziggo, don’t. Save yourself the stress.

It's seems totally scam for us.

It's seems totally scam for us.
They have reached to our house we mentioned that we are shifting to new place and asked to check the connection at new place. They asked us to sign the enquiry form. We have not confirmed anything on the papers. Now they say wehave signed the contract and have to pay the amount for 3 years, the connect was not given still they take the payment. Does any have similar experience and how to resolve this

charged for a service that they assured me to be able to provide but they have never been able to install

They said that internet was in my street, they sent the modem, it was no way of connecting. Called the engineer and came to basically tell me that there was no connection. After multiple calls to customer service asking to cancel because there is no Ziggo connection in my house and I need to wait for it for months I have been "disconnected" multiple times, they told me to cancel two weeks after the engineer, I sent a recorded delivery letter and now they are saying that I have to pay one month for a service they were not able to install and I spent a lot of time and money and I have been without service for 2 weeks. This is not a service provider is a sham-scam company.

Hello Jack, I`m sorry to read that you didn`t had a positive expierence with us. From your review I understand that there is no physical connection (anymore) in your home from us. That is very special!

Please know that this wasn`t a form of scam. If a connection was removed by the previous residents with our knowledge or something else happened that caused the connection to no longer be present, we would`ve never offered you a deal. Sorry that you can`t become a customer with us at this location and that you have been in a state of uncertainty for a while.

If you don`t have a connection, you can`t use our services and you don`t have to pay an invoice. That seems logical to me. It`s possible that this invoice had already been created and still needs to be corrected.

Absolutely false marketing company

Absolutely false marketing company: someone from ziggo called offering their service while we were still renovating the appartment. Told connection much later in the months after renovation is finished is possible, we will pay when connection is done. Shipped the router and started charging. Sent invoices to incasso. Talked with ziggo by phone asking to provide audio recordings. They never did. Incasso is writing every other week asking to pay non existing Internet connection.

Hi Anna, I am sorry to hear your situation. That is not a good start and some misinformation about the start of use. I hope the renovation of your home is on schedule.

You have found out the hard way that we ship the router and expect a customer to start using this within 14 days after delivery. Normally, when connected to our network, the billing starts.

The incasso --> When you don't pay any bill, the paying that is part of your responsibility. As is the start of the contract, because your situation with renovating the new apartment does not match up the details of the contract. This could have been sorted and corrected directly after you received the modem.

Since you mention incasso, do you mean the incasso agency? If so, please contact them to have this sorted.

If this is just a mention of Ziggo by e-mail (with incasso steps) please update your review and provide your address details we requested by e-mail. This way we can have a look.

Important note: As soon as this is passed through to the incasso agency, they are the responsible party to have this sorted and is there nothing our customer service can do.

It's a bad bad adventure

We ordered a connection for a small company. Called twice, the sales insured that everything is going to work on our address, no problem.
The technical guys came and discovered that there is no coax cable (inside building) to our location.
Then I called about 10 times to cancel, contract 519190224. They just drop the line, give you wrong connection, all possible tricks. May be they do not mean it, but the experience is just horrible.
After the contract was cancelled, I got emails about service activation (!!), though on the phone they ensure it's cancelled. No cancellation confirmation yet.
And, based on my experience, I do not trust them. Too bad.

Ziggo business customer support making…

Ziggo business customer support making outbound fake calls. We have changed to business at home, and have been working with technical support about speed issues. On three occasions there has been call backs arranged. On all three occasions the agent calls us, and then hangs up immediately. As a manager previously myself of a tech support center, I have seen this behavior before, it’s agents faking outbound calls to up the agent call numbers within Ziggo to achieve there weekly/daily call stats. It’s extremely annoying to customers that you have tech support staff that do this. And needs to stop. One call is an accident but three over a week is a badly managed call centre who are solely looking at staff call numbers and not call quality. I made a big mistake changing to Ziggo business at my home business.

Awful customer service and no way to send them something in writing. Have just spent an hour going around in circles on their web page which is designed to not help you.

Ziggo is one of the worst

Ziggo is one of the worst, most expensive and most fraudulent companies in the Netherlands. Most weekends and sometimes during the week I had no internet. When I complained to Ziggo, they blamed me and said that the problem was with the modem in my house. When I complain, they disconnect my internet. Ziggo works together with Vodafone. So they are both scammers and thieves.

The Truth to be told

The Truth to be told. I used to be a ziggo customer for a year, and I decided to switch because it is a bit expensive, to the worst Internet provider ever that let me wait almost a month without internet
or reply any of my texts or calls ! I decided to go back to ziggo I contacted the customer service staff with their fast and kind communication skills and professionalism, I am online in no time!

Terrible from start to finish: didn't cancel my other ISP

Terrible from start to finish:
Was approached in MediaMarkt Amsterdam West to change providers, I agreed to in the store on the basis it was cheaper.
I then within 14 days, contacted Ziggo by telephone and requested to cancel my order, I wanted to stay with KPN.
They didn't proceed with cancelling my order, they didn't cancel my KPN order instead.
I continued to pay for 2 internet service providers so Ziggo never actually delivered a service.
I called up to try and raise this issue but the idiot on the telephone was not able to help me.
I sent a letter to Ziggo requesting to have my data including the telephone call in which I cancelled my order, they did not respond.
I eventually called up to cancel my order to just get it over with.
They then charged me for a router which was never sent and a tv thing I never asked for or was sent.

Literally the worst service provider I've ever experienced. No email address... no competent people in customer service who can do anything... nothing but a nice sales guy in the store who didn't do anything wrong - everyone else needs some training.

Update, I have since been in contact with Ziggo who are refusing to acknowledge a phone call prior to my contract start date in April 2023. But they do acknowledge that they did not cancel my other service provider (KPN) which they agreed to do during the sale in the store. No compensation or acknowledged error has yet been received.

ziggo contact = zakelijkservice (with…

ziggo contact = zakelijkservice (with their normal at ziggo k0m)
I was scammed by Ziggo (via a third party vendor they hire to sell contract called "MarketingMovement BV" , maybe some spelling error). They lured me into switching to a Ziggo contract with a lot of nice promises which they knew couldn't deliver.
Namely the biggest fraud is what I found out later to be a scheme used very often: they assured me to deliver better fiber optic cable performance up to its top potential, only to find out from the technichan when the day of installation came 2 months after the contract, that they can't deliver that by definition since they do not have the infrastracture. Only KPN does. They play on word-games about them having some of the network coverage with optic fiber cable, but mischeviously ignore the fact that part of the connection is by normal cable (which then still of course represents the bottle neck of the performance).
Ziggo did not show any interest or care when this behaviour was explained to them, and actually proceded to assure me they would investigate with their partner and inform me, 2 times after long customer service calls, to later always ignore me. They literally promised me to email me a recap of the report and to call me back in 2 weeks, which they failed to do both times.
Finding how to write them online is also impossible, they make it the hardest possible to write complaints so to in the future always deny your statement or anything happened in phone calls.
Absolutely terrible and criminal unethical behaviour.
I am starting a legal process against them and I hope to collect as many people with similar problems to maybe escalate to class action

I'm sorry to hear you feel you weren't properly informed about our product when you signed the contract. It's true that almost our entire network is made of fiber optic cable (and yes, that does matter), but it's also true that the bottle neck in your home is the good ol' coax cable. I'm sorry that wasn't properly communicated.

Had past 15 months poor service due to…

Had past 15 months poor service due to faulty splitter installed by Ziggo, Finally fixed received 36 euro credit. Can’t wait until contract ends to change provider. Billing department also keeps making mistakes in their advantage chstgng for services cancelled.

Saying A, doing B

It was all good till I got contacted by the customer service with the offer for a discount. I had 50% off for 6 months, and this person assured me this discount would be ON TOP of the previous one.
Needless to say, this wasn’t the case.
Another operator helped me fixing the problem and going back to the previous state, saying that he would add the remaining 3 months of discount… from a day in the middle of the 3rd month. So now I have 5 days and a half of discount instead of 6.
