Worst customer service experience of my life. Placed an online order with them on 14 Dec 2022 and it's mid Jan 2023, my goods have not been delivered despite having paid express delivery. I've tried calling and emailing them with no response regarding my refund. They've ignored my WhatsApp and Instagram messages. All I want is my money back and will not be shopping with Zimfoods again. You give other small Zimbabwean businesses a bad rap and make it harder for us to support you.

The worst customer service
The worst customer service, my order was delivered incomplete. I requested for my outstanding order and no communication. I then requested a refund and still no communication and this was after the order had taken a longer time than stipulated to be delivered. Only use this service if you are willing to risk losing your money.

They are rude and ignore messages sent to them but you can see they have viewed them.they will then claim they never received the messages.they made a mistake and said they dont make mistakes and that was it..horrible people.have all the evidence of interactions or lack thereof with them
