Freshly boxed
Flowers were as expected and surprisingly fresh considering they were boxed and delivered fairly late in the day. DPD delivery said delivery would be anytime between 7:00am and 8:00pm. However, on the morning of delivery another DPD message told us delivery would be between 4:00pm and 5:00pm.

Brilliant service. The roses were high quality and really well packaged. The free greetings card was a great touch. It was also impressive that the bouquet arrived by 8.00 a.m. A perfect start to Valentine’s Day. Zing Flowers are excellent. Highly recommended.

Half dead flowers sent
I had 2 bunches of flowers sent out and both wasn’t fresh and 2 days later both bunches are half dead! When I contacted zing they didn’t want to know and just asked for a picture as proof which I can’t do as I’m working. Next time I’ll buy from a local florist and I’ll know they are fresh.

50th anniversary disaster
Ordered flowers for the next day when I forgot it was my sister's Golden Wedding anniversary. Filled in the form with their address for delivery and gave a great sigh of relief. Afternoon of the day a got an email - "your flowers have been delivered". I looked at the picture to see the delight on my sister's face as she cradles the flowers in her arms only to see my own front door! As other negative reviews will tell you and the "customer service girl" pointed out, when you fill in the form online you must check the delivery address in the confirmation email. The online form tends to copy in the billing address over the delivery address you have put.
I then passed to box to my wife saying happy valentines day! A big mistake because the flowers were so wilted that 4 of the 6 yellow roses had drooped terminally the next day despite the vase placed in a cool room as the instructions for cut flowers suggest. She's not speaking to me now.
So a lot of money was spent on a couple of roses and greenery. No celebrational card or present for my sister and her lovely husband on the day as planned and a bunch of flowers that Tesco's would have thrown out. One silver lining - I saved my sister having to use up valuable bin space.
"Amazing every time" their advert says. I wont be giving them another chance to try to amaze me!
