Request for update in delivering the Woman's Day issue for the week was immediately taken action with but now it is happening again. Usually i got the digital issue sunday afternoon or in the evening but now it's 11:16 pm NZ time and i've been patiently checking since this morning but to no avail.

Given a subscription to Gardners World digital magazine and it is hopeless trying to get it to download. Keep getting an error message saying download failed. Put the magazine into favourites but when I go back to it it’s not there.
I would never voluntarily use this app again.

The customer service is always quick, friendly and effective. The app sometimes struggles to load when not connected to a network, but that is not always the case. Other than that, the app works really well and trustworthy.

The app was refusing to load the magazine, she got me started with a few hints but had to turn it over to the support team. I was a bit annoyed but they had it fixed in two days. Great service and prompt replies. I'm glad Zino has most of my magazine subscriptions handled. Knowing I have first rate technical support means a lot to me.

Very frustrating!
I have been a subscriber to New Scientist for a number of years, but have not read one for a little while due to "life getting in the way".
Now I try to download previous issues - on my android tablet - and have only manged to get 2 in nearly an hour.
Yes, I'm only trying one at a time, and my tablet is less than 50cm away from my wireless modem.
No other devices are using the wireless connection the same time.
It's Sunday morning 6.45am so local internet traffic is low.
Yes my tablet OS is up to date.
The issue I'm trying now has been "queued" for 10 minutes.
Frankly the Zinio android app is rubbish. PC app works, but hey I don't carry my PC with me and I can't transfer files from one to the other.
I've even tried un-installing and re-installing the app, but got at leas six "an unexpected error has occurred" messages while syncing was happening.
About to try again for the third time.

I use this app on my ipad, it's really intuitive and a great, environmentally friendly way to read magazines. I recently had an issue with a magazine subscription auto-renewing earlier than expected before I could cancel it. I reached out to Zinio via their website who responded and resolved the issue within just a few hours. Fantastic service! Zinio often have offers on their subscriptions and I'm looking forward to choosing my next magazine with them.

I was unable to sleep so decide to carry out some of my smaller administration tasks, during the early hours of the morning, that I had been putting off for a period of time. When dealing with Zinio I was most surprised to receive a reply, very shortly after sending my request, stating that it had been sorted out. On checking out the result of the action carried out, it had been done and to my great satisfaction. Not only was I surprised with the quickness of reply and carrying out of my request but also that it was carried out in the silent hours (UK) when most companies are closed so meaning that it would not normally have been actioned until normal office opening hours. I sent several other small requests to various UK companies throughout the night and as yet I have only received one other automated reply at midmorning today and I am still waiting for the others to reply. "Hats Off" to this company for their efficiency. It is something that is sadly lacking now in this so say busy world that we live in. If only more companies were like this one and took a leaf out of their book then the country of UK would be back on track in no time at all. This company got on with the job in hand and completed it in record time, unlike most companies that now appear to not be interested and hide behind the COVID crises and use it as an excuse as to how it has impacted on their lack of staff, which seems to have become the norm now when wanting something done in the UK. If a company is efficient then there is no excuse needed but if a company is grossly inefficient then all excuses are used whether it be Brexit, pandemics or staff shortages. We have become a country of useless greedy lazy wasters with the exception of those few that are out there. Well done to the Zinio staff and keep up the good work. Thank you very much from a very happy customer.

I found it difficult to change the email address that I had been using to a new mail address and couldn’t locate where to access it in the site.
