I subscribed to Mother Jones, but I can't access the digital version. Dealing with Zinio is a waste of time. They sent me some gibberish basically absolving themselves of any responsibility. I see many others have had a similar experience. I definitely would give them a "0" star rating if I could. No, actually worse lets talk about negative integers.

I didn't know that a subscription I had ordered was set to automatically renew. When I found the $76.40 charge on my credit card I was very upset. I contacted Zino Customer Service and explained my situation. Within less than 24hrs, a representative contacted me by email to let me know that they were processing my refund. I was very pleased with such fast and courteous service.

Within minutes I received a reply and the issue was dealt with.

It just was not download my latest issue on ipad and yet fine on phone. none of the troubleshooting clauses apply and I was looking forward to some reading material while away. Support were helpful and the problem now identified but still a bit slow to download issues. But some titles are only available on Zinio so it is down to what you want to read.

Zinnio is a wonderful supplier of a vast array of e-magazine titles, from many countries, across so many disciplines and genres. Customer Service excellent - bravo!
I was having an issue getting my magazine on my iPad. I emailed the support group and got an immediate response with a solution to my problem. I was amazed at the response and also the personal contact from them. Very refreshing.
