Unbelievably good after sales service
Unbelievably good after sales service. We had a problem with an assembled Eames Chair and called them on a Saturday morning. The boss himself came out within an hour to our house sorted everything at no charge, even thought in hindsight the mistake was ours and not Zinzan's. I have not seen such prompt and customer focused service in a long long time. Top marks to them.
