Very great product and the service excellent

Zinzino has super high quality products, helped a lot to improve my gut-health.
I was always satisfied with their customer service too. The only thing I would improve is the menu for choosing the taste of Leanshake.

I have fibromyalgia and this doesn’t work for me and you try and cancel and don’t get response but quick to take money out off bank

Zinzino is a great company, quality and reliability.

Service has been good have seen improvements on some areas of health better sleep and not as dry eyes and itchy legs have greatly improved .
The quality is good and I don’t mind paying that little bit extra than in shops.
Looking forward to seeing the changes on my second test after 140 days

The delivery service and speed of delivery once my payment had been paid.

On the face of it, Zinzino looks like a well-run pyramid* sales operation. In reality, I found it to be unprofessional and lacking any customer service.

Let me explain. I ordered an Omega 3 test from Zinzino and returned my sample on 27 March 2026. After not receiving a test result I was told by customer support that I should have registered my ID on their website.

This was not at all clear from the instructions.

Rather than say, as you might expect, ‘Sorry for your unfortunate experience, we like to ensure all our customers are satisfied, we will send you a replacement test kit’, they instead stated ‘If you have lost your Test ID we can offer you a 50% discount for a replacement test’.

I leave you to draw your own conclusions about whether this is the type of company you would choose to deal with.

(* I believe that they claim it’s a 'multi-level marketing company' not a pyramid scheme, but if it’s not, it certainly appears to behave exactly like one.)

Good tasting oil - we are having orange lemon mint. Not like the olive oil we had at school in days gone by. Delivery on time. Looking forward to my next blood test to see how effective this has been.

Fed Ex did not deliver on the day they promised. I waited in all day although the time slot was 10am - 2pm
Next day they gave another time slot and parcel was delivered in that slot

I have been taking Zinzino Xtend for some time, but unfortunately it hasn’t made any difference to my health or energy. I have therefore tried to cancel my subscription online, which you can’t do. I sent an email at the beginning of the month only to be told that A. I can’t get a refund for the product they have not yet sent out and B. They will also charge me for next months product as well as they need 30 days notice to administer my cancellation. I find this baffling and the customer service team couldn’t explain why this process takes so long. Not a great thank you for my loyalty to this company

Ordering product is so easy and also a subscription ensures I do not run out of the product.
