I’ve never received the results of my test. I sent them back March 14. Never received an email saying you’d received it either.
Edit: finally received my emails shortly after this review.

Poor Customer Service experience
Customer Service: Poor experience. Felt pressured into subscription via doctor's discount link, then faced aggressive monthly payment reminders with legal-sounding threats despite paying late but consistently. Cancellation process was deliberately difficult online and required waiting 6 months after email request – standard clause buried in fine print, but communication felt manipulative and coercive.
Verdict: Quality justifies price if you read terms carefully upfront and can commit long-term. Skip if you value flexible service or dislike aggressive retention tactics. Buyer beware on subscription lock-in.

I am very disappointed about Zinzino…
I am very disappointed about Zinzino company and their products and services.
I have ordered some product and paid for this and didn’t receive anything.
When I called them and made complaint about this situation the answer was I have to pay one more order to receive the first one .
And they explained that they want to save logistics costs .
This is very strange approach to the customer so it’s already more than one month that I am trying to receive goods that I fully paid .
I hope that finally someone from Zinzino company take care of this issue seriously

Sneaky cancellation policy
The fish oil made me nauseous and bloated so I contacted zinzino to cancel. I was told I had signed up for 6 months and would have to keep paying for and receiving expensive oil that I can't use!
