I found the instruction to save my reference number for the initial blood screening, cumbersome. There should be a better way to verify the source (client) than for him to save the reference number "in a secure' place on his side, to open the blood-report.

Who owns the product once Canada post has issued a receipt ticket?

Who is responsible for the product when Canada post loses it?

Canada post on its own has its own set of problems but this is a Zinzino issue.

Where does the responsibility lie with zinzino or the customer.?

Unfortunately when the person who signs you up doesnt mention the return policy. You dont think about this. My ignorance as a customer not reading every single letter.

Products come and go. Good and bad. So do customers. Im a bad customer I guess. I am gone and will never recommend zinzino based on there communication style.

As for the people who introduced this mutli level marketing company ... they have confirmed nothing has changed for this industry. I trusted the people but have now verified their level of business acumen.

I have a hard time swallowing oil. I haven't been consuming long enough to see any difference, I'm only half way thru 2nd bottle.

I can’t say enough good things about the oil. As a back story, I’m a former college athlete, I eat all Whole Foods, organic, I rarely eat out, I stay active …and when I got my test results back and my balance was 31:1 I was shocked. For years I’ve struggled with eczema, skin issues, & gut issues. About 6 months ago I got a common cold that triggered a histamine response enrich resulted in physical urticaria where I suffered from daily hives that would itch so much that I would give myself bruises from scratching. I suffered from that daily for 6 straight months until I started using the oil. Within 3 days I stopped scratching and I’m now 4 weeks free of any hives or eczema attacks. Beyond that there’s been so many small improvements that I wasn’t prepared for (in the best way possible) my skin is the most clear that it’s been in probably 10 years, no breakouts whatsoever. I sleep SO GOOD, and wake up refreshed every morning, even if I don’t get a full 8 hours. And my energy is through the roof. At 30 it genuinely feels like I have “teenager” energy again. And lastly, I didn’t think I had any inflammation… that was until I started using the oil and now I’m noticing all of my clothes fit looser and it just feels like a layer of “fluff” has been taken off my body! All I can say is this is life changing. Everyone truly needs this!
