I don’t like the way things were not…

I don’t like the way things were not explained to me by your agent.Money is taken out of my accounts without prior notice which leaves me hard up.This is ridiculous.I will opt out!!

I was introduced to Zinzino by Karen van Zyl in Johannesburg, I have been using the balance oil since December 2025 and recently did my first test, I already have clients using the product and are achieving great improvement in their overall gut health. I highly recommend the product and the company ethos to address a global health crisis

Unreliable

Unreliable, very poor sellers. Zero support. There was a charge against my will, without any products being shipped, and with absolutely no willingness on their part to resolve the issue.

Best customer service!

I've had an incredible experience so far with Zinzino. The customer service is the best, and so are the products. I've had to tweak my subscription and sent them an email. They responded quickly and helped me resolve my problem. I never even had to follow up once with them.

Very well packed. Shipped in time.
Effects are measurable which makes a lot of sense.
When you break the price down its average, but good value for money if you read the ingedients.

Please note that the delivery attempt was made by the courier according to their standard delivery process. Unfortunately, we are not able to influence the exact delivery time chosen by the carrier.

If the parcel is returned to us and a new shipment needs to be arranged, the reshipping fee of £27 applies as stated in our delivery policy.

Life changing improvement in 4 months!

My first test was 23:1, which was shocking because I had been taking an omega-3 supplement for 25 years, as well as eating tuna almost daily and salmon occasionally. After 4 months on the BalanceOil, I improved my score to 2:1, increasing my Omega-3 Index over 10%. That's a dramatic improvement, all a result of being able to test to find out where I was. Thanks Zinzino! Shipments are always on time (12-for-12 on my monthly package), and everything is trackable online. When I started on product a year ago, customer service was spotty, with a small number of USA support staff and difficulty getting someone on the phone (often hour-long hold times), but now they answer calls almost immediately, almost every time. One big improvement would be to give us ability to change order dates online, so I eagerly await that upgrade.

Good in the beginning, but now? hm..

Okay, in the beginning, it was a good impression and there is some good affiliates working with this.. but the company, i'm not sure about anymore..

But first the product, that was good in the beginning i though it did something for me, but now when i think about it, it may just be the Placebo effect.
For i have been more and more tired, with less energi then i ever have had. But it should have been the other way around, and i can also read here, that i'm not the only one with that feeling about this. So the quality am i not sure about, if it's really that good.

Now the company, and my ordre membership ? it's so difficult to actually cancel it again.
There is no where to do it, only info, that you need to contact the support and then answer a lot of questions.
But the support chat should be open from 9 am to 4 pm, it says on the website chat.. but there is no one there.. only a QA catalog you can search for info.

So now, i'm waitting on the support to answer me on the email, i send them..

But i'm not even sure all this is legal. I'm pretty sure that they need to have a much more easy way for people to cancel the subscription.

So i can't recommend it at all, anymore..

Update to the respons:
I finally got it cancel, but now they not even want to take back the last delivery.. :-o

I got 4 bottles with the last delevery here, but they will only refund 1 bottle ??

And by the way! - they also should send people more BalanceTest, but i never got any..

Owh, this company do not have any decency and the business is sailing for them, for this is not right.

They say that they cares, this is on the website:

But i'm not satisfied about the product, and i want only the last delevery to be returned and get my money back from does 4 bottles i got, but they don't care, and only want to do 1.

I’ve had a very positive experience…

I’ve had a very positive experience with Zinzino and truly consider them a trustworthy company. Their logistics are excellent — orders arrive quickly and everything is always well organized.
In our family, the BalanceOil has become the star product. Since we started using it, we’ve noticed great improvements: less pain and inflammation, more energy throughout the day, better sleep, and even improved brain performance and focus.
It has made a real difference in our daily well-being, and we’re very happy with the results. Highly recommended!

Not always the right choice

Whilst the product has rave reviews unfortunately it gives me reflux and makes me more tired than normal.
It could be a lot to do with my immune system Sorry

It is already the 10th of March and my…

It is already the 10th of March and my order had not been delivered yet, although I got a message the order was shipped on the 4th of March, no communication from either the courier or Zinzino in this regard
