Too costly for the quality

First of all, after being a customer of zweite in the original form since 2013 I am here to say that they have done nothing but reduce the potency of the original drink mix and increase by double the price. Absolutely disappointing. I had to change bank accounts and card numbers in order to get the payments to stop coming out of my account after going through all the massive steps That they wanted to get the service stopped. Only the rich or decently well off people can afford this. So anybody with health issues who are single parents like myself will not be able to afford this product. Excellent product for the migraines, anxiety, depression stuff like that Not to mention anti-inflammatory properties and just overall feeling good like I said, the potency has decreased over the years and no I did not take it or have not taken it from 2013 up until now. I would give myself six months breaks and then I would go back to taking it again just because I didn’t want my body to become immune and need more. I’ve tried other stuff and to match the original potency of zeal has not been found yet, but the current potency of zeal is a joke and definitely overpriced. They don’t care about the customer they just want the money. And I cannot believe zurvita sold out to these people. I will be getting the word out to my clientele as well because all I’ve done is pushed this company for people to feel better. Terribly disappointed..

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! All they care about is your money!

Told that you sign up for 6 months, signed up in October, final payment should be March and they are saying I’ve got more months to pay. I have subscriptions for balance oil, collagen boozt - which I think is rubbish my other collagen was better! Really noticed how poor my skin has been since I’ve been on it compared to my other collagen. Also have zinobiotic again not impressed was better off on my other product. I don’t see or feel any different other than being out of pocket and they won’t let me cancel! Also it seems they can only answer one query at a time and pretty much only once a day except today I got a second email that also ignored the fact that I’ve asked where my order is AGAIN. They are just concerned about the money, it’s all money related. I have contacted this company about using their zinobiotic product and was asking a question of how much to take and instead of giving me an informative answer they just wanted to push more of the product on me. The person was a salesperson I’m sure and not someone who actually knew the product at all
Normally their products arrive within a few days of paying, a week later and it’s still processing no good for me as this has made a mess of my schedule that was suggested by their rep for taking everything. I am totally out of their collagen and should’ve started that on the 1st March it’s now 5th! , not that I found it’s that great anyway. Also due to go on holiday so can’t take it with me as have no checked baggage. All they care about is the money! Avoid at all costs!
Wished I’d never bothered! People you speak to are sales people hard to get hold off on chat and useless on email!

Outstanding effect

I like the effect. Taking zinzino for half a year and as a result I didn't get any usual respiratory disease during the winter time. My hair became more shiny. My sleep is better.

Zinzino omega 3 Tuti Fruti oil

Zinzino omega 3 Tuti Fruti oil is a good addition to my diet, especially post operation. It really assists with recovery of vital parts of my body, resulting in a healthier, happier system. Lovely product!

Excellent Product, Deeply Disappointing and Unethical Business Practices

I genuinely like the product itself. The oil is of high quality and, from a nutritional perspective, I have no criticism whatsoever. Unfortunately, everything around it is deeply disappointing.
The customer service and overall business model leave a very poor impression. Ordering is straightforward, yet cancelling requires written correspondence with the customer service team. Even after providing written notice well in advance of the end of my six-month term — and receiving confirmation that the subscription would be cancelled — payments continued to be deducted from my account. That is simply unacceptable.
Equally frustrating is the rigid subscription structure. You are charged monthly, yet you cannot properly adjust delivery frequency to match actual consumption. As a 90 kg male taking exactly the recommended daily dosage, I consistently ran out of oil before the next delivery. The system does not appear designed around customer needs, but around locking customers into ongoing payments.
The broader referral structure is also troubling. When ordering online, there is no clear transparency about how the commission model works. I later discovered that a random individual listed on their website in Sydney would financially benefit from my purchase — despite never having had any contact with me. That lack of disclosure feels disingenuous.
In summary: good product, extremely poor customer experience and a business model that feels unnecessarily restrictive and ethically questionable. I would strongly caution others to read the terms very carefully before committing.

I found it very difficult to find how…

I found it very difficult to find how to use my loyalty point balance
Having tried three times and on each ovccaidion when reaching the payment option there was no option to pay with points balance so I had to ask my rep to assist - not very customer friendly
Also I’ve tried numerous times to register my gut health test and again found it very difficult to find a way to log the code number - even after speaking to max in customer services twice! I’m quite computer savvy so if I’m finding it unclear - I dread to think about other users difficulties !!!
