The New Kids Failing the Block

This company manages the block of flats in Walsall I rent a flat in. 8 months ago, they removed their concierge, and now come once a week to clean and deal with problems. The block has over 140 flats!

They claim once a week is sufficient for a block this size. The truth is different The litter builds up, rats are seen running around the bins in the carpark, and the lifts are filthy. The hand rails going up the stairs are rarely cleaned. All this during Covid!

The simple truth is, you cannot management a block from Nottingham. The poor guy who has the responsibility on behalf of Zip admits he has to deal with 9 other facilities!

I believe we all pay over 90 Pounds a month for their management. To be honest, I wouldn't let them run me a bath.
