I ordered a lovely 9ct gold St Christopher and chain for my grandsons christening it arrived in a lovely box and well packaged it was free postage but the company paid over £7 tracked to send which I thought was a great gesture. I am very pleased with my purchase it is of great quality and something he will keep forever. I had looked at other companies selling similar item and was at least another £80 so value for money is excellent. Thank you so very much 5 stars from me. At some point I will treat myself as your collection of jewellery really appealed to me.

This is my 3rd time ordering. But this was a present I bought my friend I was scared it was a hit or a miss . OMG Im blown away . I bought the picture pendant in white gold . Honestly I’m struck for words . It’s absolutely stunning it is actually better than the picture I sent to be used . It’s crystal clear the workmanship is second to none . Even engraved. I sat for 10 minutes looking at it it’s definitely Wow Wow Wow . I would honestly highly recommend Zoe Kay Jewellers 100% above high street . Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making this outstanding pendant I’ve had two done years ago and there nothing like this you need to look right up to it . This you look & can see who is on the pendant . The website doesn’t do it justice. All I can say is anyone thinking or looking at any piece buy it you won’t be disappointed. This is going to bring tears of happiness to my friends life . I honestly can’t thank you enough . Just received my order of a gold photo locket I am over the moon with this gorgeous little heart locket , it’s just the perfect size for my 8 yr old granddaughter birthday present, the quality is great! Engraving is just perfect. So glad I found this jewellery company so much cheaper than high street jewellers great service & delivery. I placed an order which I needed quickly, they responded to my request immediately, their communication has been prompt, they are reliable and efficient and products are excellent quality! Had the item ordered before I went on holiday they held onto my bracelet I ordered for my niece till I got back and didn’t take long to come it didn’t fit my niece was too big they have taken it back with no problems and are in the process of refund, good company to deal with jewellery is beautiful aswell.

After waiting a very long time for dispatch (over a week) I was very disappointed to find my st Christopher had defects with black ash embedded into the engraving and a very thin chain which snapped within a week. The customer service is shocking, nobody responds to emails or messages on their social media channels. It’s only after i opened up a payment dispute for the item that I received any response, funny that. Even then I still did not receive the refund promised. Overall an extremely negative experience purchasing an item I have wanted for years, don’t understand how they can get it so wrong and would not recommend to anyone!

I absolutely love my pendant. I could not believe my luck when I found the exact same pendant as I already had previously. The customer service and delivery service I received was excellent. The piece arrived on the w/c of Mar 20th. The qaulity was not to my liking and I sent it back on the 23rd. 3 weeks later and no refund has been given yet...I'm waiting for a response and last resort will contact my credit company and get a charge back.
