I won the beautiful 925 silver "Dad" necklace on their FB competition. I won on Thursday and it was posted and delivered the very next day! A gorgeous piece of jewellery which was boxed with care in such a pretty box.
The lady kept me informed of delivery etc and was a lovely woman to talk to.

Ordered white gold , personalised St Christopher for an 18th birthday gift. Arrived within 5 days, quality and engraving is beautiful. Customer service excellent, queries were replied to quickly even over a bank holiday weekend.

i lost my original two weeks ago which i had given to me by my Wife to replace my broken wedding ring in 1996. My wife passed away 20 months ago and to lose this lovely ring was very upsetting.

Absolutely pleased in every way regards quality of my recent purchase of a 2mm white gold box chain. Delivered in double quick time as well.

My only moan (hence 4 stars not 5) would be it was advertised as “approx” 6 grams, when in fact it weighs only borderline 5.5 grams (weighed on a jewellers calibrated scale)

A more accurate description would have read approx 5.5 grams, not rounded off on the high side.

Trivial matter, maybe I ended up with an exception, but still happy with purchase.

I ordered the NAN Sterling silver ring,took a week to come and was late for when I needed for my mums birthday also I ordered a size N but when it arrived it seemed abit big but my mum said she would just take it to be resized to find out they had said a size Y !!!! I’m very upset as I have now had to spend more money to get it resized,because I got no reply about how to return or what can be done will not be ordering again

Slight delay in the order due to the last one in stock being damaged, took around 2 weeks for it to arrive in store but once shipped it arrived next day. Very happy with my necklace exactly what I was after.

Absolutely beautiful is all I can say. I bought a gold angel wing necklace for my best friends 40th the pictures really don’t do it justice it’s so much better. Would I recommend? Definitely. X
