Worst delivery service ever
If you’re from abroad please don’t use this app it’s the worst app their drivers are so pathetic and rude. One driver did not deliver my order because he did not meet the target so I stood there for 30 minutes waiting for him to give me my order and then he just drove off with it. Try Swiggy instead! Much better service

Today, I ordered a pizza on Zomato at 11:25 PM, as the estimated delivery time was 25 minutes. Since my apartment security team doesn't allow delivery executives after midnight, I decided to order early. However, around midnight, Zomato revised the estimated delivery time to 12:16 AM. I contacted their support team to cancel the order due to this delay, but they were not willing to listen and insisted I accept the delivery.
After refusing to accept the order, they eventually canceled it. This experience was extremely disappointing, and as a result, I have permanently deleted my Zomato account. I will never order from Zomato again.
It's worth noting that I am a regular customer of Blinkit, placing orders almost every day, and I have never faced any issues with their service.

This guy's have such a pathetic services ....just a way to earn money. I placed an order, and it was late ....I asked the customer care guys, and they mentioned that it is delayed because the delivery person is completing a group order and that's why it will be delayed....such a worst customer services....even though I had zomato gold membership they prioritize according to group and to whom from where they are getting more money....such a pathetic experience....will make sure I never use this application...guys soon they will bring advance booking charges and if you choose normal booking they will make sure you don't eat the food as they will delay the same and also will not refund any amount.....such a worst experience I had .....they are not here to serve but just make money ....soo sad....don't forget customers built business and customers can also bring your business down if you think you are the only player in the market....that's not true....will make sure non of my friends uses this app instead will will use alternate....and soon you will also go bankrupt unlike that edtech startup who never cared about customer experience

Compared to Zomato swiggy is more disciplined tips will be reflected to any partners it's not medals segregated but similar problem is changes but swiggy doesn't low the limit of partners and doesn't give long distance much when end of the day.
Stop order in Zomato even delivery partner nearby restaurants but they won't assign nearby person they allot long distance pickup partners,
Be careful with tip option if you tipped before next order again it will be default tick mark while ordering nd feed donation plz check this options.

Consumer Affairs Department Government of India is sleeping and Zomato is looting it's customers by unethical way i.e. Charging higher rates of products, charging Restaurant charges Packing charges and GST in addition to platform fee. If you purchase directly from the restaurant you will save much amount as restaurant charges lower price of the product and they doesn't charge any Restaurant & packing charges, platform charges, delivery charges etc.

Zomato was good earlier…But now they don’t seem to have any work ethics nor is it fair with customers,I had placed the order on zomato the delivery person called and I picked the call and directed the delivery partner the right address as he had reached a wrong location even after mentioning the right address ,but then he cancelled my order and he left zomato, customer service wasn’t helpful in any manner neither was the order reordered from my behalf ,no action was taken on the delivery person already there is no timeline for a COD they deliver it however they wish and I was made to wait for 2 hrs but the story doesn’t end, when I tried raising a complaint,They weren’t apologetic about the incident but they favoured their delivery partner they twisted that it was my fault and I was unresponsive but I had screenshots of the call log where it reflected that I had received the call and second delivery partner delivered to the same address where the first delivery partner mentioned as the wrong address,Even after sharing screenshots there was no justice provided to me …..Zomato is filled with fraudsters,liars they don’t have patience to listen to the customers.If they don’t fill in the loopholes they’ll be losing customers Swiggy is still better

One of worst online food delivery company. I amSr. citizen aged 66yrs.My order no.5658986407 on 25/03 which was delivered after 2 hrs while scheduled time was 23 minutes.My several complaints/reminders even to CEO deepinder goyal,pradyot Ghate resulted in no response. I only received automated replies informing the receipt & stating that in 24/48 hrs reply will be given.I had also mentioned my age in complaint.

inspite of enquiring the restuarant & their delivery executive of my complaint they have offered a 12 rupees 50 paise as a refund for my spillage order which the order value is 218rs.....my concern is not about the refund amount it is about customer value & dignity....
A kind request for founders & ceo of zomato when you can't able to respect your customers or if u want to show your success attitude to customers then you will get it back one day in a very bad state please keep remember it....
Be responsible for customer complaints and please educate your customer support team to how to treat the customers & their complaints...
Try to understand the customer concern and address it, not every customer is complaining for your cheap refund credits it is to bring that issue to your concern to make your business better & successful pls remember it.....
Zomato refund never happened
I was using zomato to pay my bill as i subscribed as a gold member. The payment rejected two times but in the third it was successful.
What i found that there is no contact number for call center to report the case this number one.
So i sent email to the complaints.
They replied that the refund is intiated and it would take 5 to 7 days to be credited to my account. But nothing retuned after waiting two weeks. Then i send to clarify, they ask same questions the first time i e mailed them, then i clarify, then again they confirmed that the refund is intiated, again 3 weeks later nothing received. I sent again, for third time they asking the questions again.... This is just a way to make you stop asking for your refund.
