Fraudsters. Call the restaurants directly to order. Their delivery boys are cheats who disappear with your food and zomato will refuse to refund you saying restaurant has confirmed delivery. Good luck talking to their low iq customer support.

Swiggy is much better than Zomato

I'm extremely frustrated with my recent experience using the Zomato app. I ordered noodles, but the delivery took too long, so I cancelled the order within 2 minutes. To my surprise, Zomato charged me a 100% cancellation fee. I'm very disappointed and feel cheated. When I requested that they still deliver the food, they refused. I didn't notice the 100% cancellation fee policy beforehand, and I think it's unfair. It seems like Zomato is prioritizing profits over customer satisfaction."

The zomato is fraud site

The zomato is fraud site , they are Gangesters with guns, they delivered dirty food,eaten by there staff, they cancelled the order for fake reason and did not refund by making fake refuse . Many people’s write bad reviews against zomato consumer court have to take action against them they have to shut down, who gave him writes to keep customers money if they did not deliver order , they are gangster frauds , robbers

I have hired a lot of cheap and proud…

I have hired a lot of cheap and proud staff in people, I have ordered food from Harilal today in Patna, Jitendra Kumar has paid for the order but it has not been delivered.I showed the order as delivered and then kept giving excuses. I accidentally went 18 km to another address which is exactly the same as the main one. I had given the exact location along with the PN code.

Cheater zomato

Price in restaurant menu's is different what it is shown in zomato menu's. Big cheater zomato their discount is also fake.price hike in menu's than showing discount.

PATHETIC

Zomato canceled an order from their end, and denies anny refund.

Order: #5969025292

Zomato support called me to tell my delivery address is not correct (Zomato delivers regularly to my flat, and delivered recently on 6 July).

I said the address is correct.
On this, the zomato support guy told me to share live location or he will cancel my order.
I was taken aback, and said it is weird as my address on google is correct, and many delivery apps deliver easily daily to my address.
To this, the support guy repeated his SOP line, as per policy, I will have to cancel, etc.

This is weird.
On requesting refund for my order, because as per me, Zomato support called me prepared to cancel w/o refund, I was told nothing can be done, and no refund.

Irresponsible Zomato

Ordered food from Chinese Wok using Zomato and food was never delivered. After an hour of waiting, Zomato customer care told me that Chinese Wok is not giving orders and your money will be returned within 7 days. Zomato does not take any responsibility and continues with same restaurant partners. This is not first time therefore can definitely say that they do not want to improve and will always remain worst until permanently shut.

On 02 July, I placed an order through Zomato from a KFC restaurant that was about to close. Unfortunately, due to a misunderstanding, I canceled the order within 60 seconds of placing it, believing that no charges would be incurred since it was canceled promptly.

To my dismay, the entire amount for the order was deducted from my account. Despite my immediate cancellation and multiple attempts to resolve this issue through your customer support, I have yet to receive any indication of a refund.

This experience has been incredibly disheartening. As a loyal customer who has enjoyed using Zomato's services for a long time, I have always appreciated the convenience and reliability your platform offers. However, the current situation has left me feeling frustrated and let down.

I kindly request your urgent attention to this matter. Even the order itself shows rejected because restaurant was about to close.

Today I quit Zomato

Hi Zomato
Today I ordered food from Zomato from my address that I always use.
The delivery guy refused to come to my location saying the location ends where he is standing and wanted me to come there to collect order.
I told him all the delivery guy come to my door why will I come to a place which is far away from me. He stared talking rude and calling me again and again.
I talk to Zomato customer service he was forcing me to collect order from him, which I didn’t wanted to collect for security reasons I was alone at my home and feeling insecure with that guy. The customer service man said we will charge you penalty and cancellation amount if you will cancel. I said to him to cancel the order since I don’t want that person to come to my home. I asked for refund and also an apology for that mental stress I faced but no resolution done. I did chat with other customer care agent but no resolution done even she hang the call in between.
Hence I don’t want my money and no more Zomato.

Pathetic service - Bye Zomato Gold!

Pathetic service. No adherence to delivery timelines. Robotic replies on chat, app keeps increasing the time to show order "on time" for as long as possible even though it's 10+ mins late. After more than 10 mins delay, it actually starts to acknowledge that there's a delay. Pathetic tactics.

The delivery person Awadhesh Kumar for…

The delivery person Awadhesh Kumar for order number 5931008010 just left the food on top of the building generator in the basement/ garage of the apartment complex.

The food was gone when I went down.
Gave stupid excuses like "no lift, allowed nahi hai"(rubbish, I get deliveries to my door step everyday)when I asked him about my order and was unwilling to deliver it correctly. Just dumped it near the street, marked it delivered and left.

No refund provided by Zomato.
