This was the first time I have used

This was the first time I have used this company, I received my order of 50 50 100ml e liquid x2 plus nic shots,upon vaping each time i had a burnt hit,so I changed my coils and still have a burnt hit and no flavour I have messaged Zombie vapes but I have had no reply I have been vaping for many years this e liquid is poor I want a refund thankyou

cannot get my item

i cant get my item already released from the custom but suddenly returned back to seller and i try email to zombie vapes but no respone and i dont know what can i do..
