tried to use zoom cover multiple times over the last few months, and after giving a quote and filling all my details it says error and gives me a code to reference when I speak to a member of the team.
I have emailed multiple times and never had any contact back.

We'd love to be able to offer our policies to anyone who wants one but unfortunately that's not possible : our underwriters give us acceptance criteria regarding which customers we can accept.
We can understand that it must be frustrating not to be able to take out one of policies. Unfortunately there is not very much we can do about this, although we have teamed up with another provider who have a wider footprint than ours so at least we are providing an alternative for some of those people who we are unable to serve directly.
