The worst experience anyone could ever go through.... You can't write anything about ya self without it getting rejected and the staff are an absolute nightmare

I paid for 6 months and suddenly it @failed to send” any messages I sent! I had a massive difficulty in finding how to complain, as there is nothing on the app to help you.
When I did I was assured that it had been fixed- it hadn’t!!
So, as I could not access any dates I asked for my money to be refunded and was merely pointed to how to cancel my renewal-which I’d already done. Poor in so many ways, pity!

absolute scam website without real people ... why allow accounts that show fake photos and messages that turn out to be total scams that are easily discovered within a couple hours.

I did contact zoosk but they wouldn't restore my account even though I apologised for accidentally downloading an inappropriate photo,so much for love as I had met someone on there

I downloaded a photo in error instead of letting me apologise they blocked me and after I paid 6 month subscription. So sad as I had met someone

My response was explained in great of the problem I was having and corrected it immediately. ALSO was kind enough to give me 250 free coins for my inconvenience. Great service.

Dater beware. They will overbill you Fake profiles greet you and say they wanna meet you. All fake. Do not fall for it

Absolute scam...if I could give no stars I would..I think its a disgrace even to have to pay for a dating apps..they tell you u get these smart packs every day,yes you do get them with exactly the same people they have already sent🤔🤔...I'm sure there are more people online,or maybe not cause it is a scam.im no oil painting but after a week.or 2 you would expect at least a like...its the same handful of people on it,nothing changes...they will not be getting another penny of me and I'm actually disgusted at myself for even paying it in the 1st place...DO NOT USE...

Tried to update my photo. I deleted my original photo and the website would not accept my replacement. There is not a live person at zoosk to provide assistance and I finally gave up. I should have had several days remaining of my contract. This is scam company which has rigged every aspect of the company to squeeze more money from their customers at every opportunity. I will not be scammed for more money from these thieves. The whole agenda of the website id to squeeze more money from people.

I signed up for on Zoosk for 6 months, unfortunately after 3 months I received 24 security emails from Zoosk saying fraudulent people were messaging me. I received double the amount of messages that I did from ACTUAL PEOPLE.
This company takes money from people knowing that there’s no chance of meeting a match.
I specifically asked for matches within a 100 mile radius, and I had people from thousands of miles contacting me.
My advice…DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!
It’s hard to cancel also.

Just signed up and in one week easy to tell almost all the attractive people are fake profiles. Not a single response from any email. I even suspect they hire people to respond to live communication with fake profiles while online. Save your money please.

The concept is doing very well and its helpful to singles out there who are trying to meet a decent partner in life!
However!!!! Zoosk is too financially driven to start with. They could easily offer a prize to singles signing up for first time and are not totally sure that they want a membership! This will create excitement!! dont even consider granting a free 24 hour chat liaison to singles who are really hitting it off together.

Zoosk is where I met my husband. We’ve been together for 5 years (met May 2019) and married for 3 years (married Oct 2021). It’s a great site to meet your future forever person. Highly recommend the site and am so grateful that the site was there for me to connect with my now husband. 🫶🏻

Only gave 1 star cause couldn't give zero zoosk is nothing g more than a scam says its free there's nothing on there that's free and most of the profiles are fake scamers

Utter waste of money and time. Same zombie profiles as last time I was on 5 YEARS AGO!. Obviously left there to boost appearance of higher number of matches. a cynical ploy by Zoosk. I usually get a fair number of likes on other sites. Zero on here. I think zoosk is a dead app. the same 5 women supposed matches I keep dismissing keep popping up. Run by bots now imo. Loads of fake profiles STILL on there. Seriously folks dont bother with this one.
