Was just about to make a "too good to be true" price on a folding table and thought I'd check reviews of the website. So glad I did! Can do without being scammed or id fraud again!

I just found Zouz and was about to buy something for £100 then I thought ive never heard of them so checked on Trustpilot WOW Thanks for your reviews of one star you just possibly saved me £100 THANKS TRUSTPILOT.

Prices on here lure you in because they are very cheap for high quality items depicted in pictures. A scam. Do not part with your money.

As they say if it looks too good to be true it probably is

You advertising an item I went through with the full buying process y got the confirmation order but you cancelled my orders without an explanation on why.
If you make a mistake and listed the item at a wrong price. It is your fault not mine.
You don't even have the decency of explaining and trying to work it out with your customers.

I need a reply from you asap

Tried to buy a table online and entered personal and card details at checkout. It took my card details but then gave an error message that the card number was not a valid number. I'm concerned that Zouz is a scam to harvest personal data and have reported it as such. Keep away.

Same as the rest, got nowhere

Beautifully clever designs. Fast, reliable service. Purchased four Posture packs for students, really well designed and include everything needed to study in comfort, the little pencil cases were a clever addition. Been browsing the brochure and looking at making a personal purchase, as chairs look beautifully crafted and stylish.

I don’t think I got scammed, just found a free gaming chair, like high quality, didn’t have to enter details or anything! It literally said, this is free no payment required 😂. So if it shows up and I didn’t have to pay I’ll let you know 😂

I was scammed too. Entered all my details, said it was an incorrect card number. Clearly data harvesting. So I’ve had to cancel my cards quick!

Avoid! Website can not proceed with payment since credit card could not be verified. No purchase could be achieved

Like another site, Maraz, which uses an identical website payment system and offers the same products at similarly low prices, you can't actually make a payment. Probably harvesting personal details, I await the coming barrage of spam and scam emails and mail with trepidation.

Not a scam site and won't steal bank details. They use same payment authorisations as other sites I've used. But for whatever reason they don't seem to accept anyone's cards. No money missing and no issues. Just annoyed I couldn't purchase anything

Just tried ordering something I really wanted and it did what all the negative reviews said, well annoying as I just want the blooming product. Sort it out.

Same as others, card details accepted but could not make payment as could not be verified! Cancelled the card.

Wish I'd checked Trust Pilot first!
Same as many others, said cc details were incorrect.
Manually removed all details before closing, immediately called bank to get new number.

Been using Zouz for a very long time. So far I can not complain. Very fast deliveries. Rarely missing a delivery and if that happens I get my money back after a few days. Items delivered are as described and in a safe container. I can only recommend. Why bad reviews here i think all of them fake.

I ordered many things from Zouz and majority of them are really good. Two items were not so great and I received partial or full refund for them. Delivery details are not 100% correct and some arrived earlier and some later but happy with all so far. I dont understand reviews here. What they want. I think the reviews are fake.

I had to cancel my credit card because I entered my details twice on the Zouz website they said they were incorrect, it’s a scam, AVOID..!
