I ordered jerkys treats through Amazon, this company ezstarlife is the one who is supplying them. The carrier ups has made 3 attempts to deliver them, but can't until they collect a postage fee of 23.17 from me. Amazon told me they do not charge postage fee's. I filed a complaint requesting my 59.16 that was charged to my visa and was told I have to wait till December 24th, if I don't see a refund I have to go back and file another complaint.
Never again will I buy anything that this company is associated with.

No user video, no help line to call. Terrible product information as it tells you something and it doesn't work. Sent the piece of junk back

I bought the Zstar espresso machine for my narrow coffee corner and I found that it really saved me money. I don't need to buy another grinder. I feel that the milk frother works well.

The only downside is that I can't get a separate cup filter from this company.
