Was accidentally sent the wrong product and contacted customer service. Received help on the same day and was able to keep the product and receive a new one! Great help and zumiez have great care for their customers. Couldnt recommend enough!

I ordered from the shop before reading the critics! I could pay with PayPal, so I wasn't suspicious. I got a little nervous afterwards when I reat what others experience were with the shop. BUT I ordered on Sunday with express and on Thursday I got my item in excellent condition in Denmark. Had to pay tariff thoug - but thumbs up from here 👍

Zumiez at Glendale Galleria had horrible service. Shopped there yesterday 11/02/2019 during the evenings before closing hours. Please avoid going there. The female customer service representative has no idea what she is doing and doesn’t help at all

Was really worried about ordering from them because if the reviews, but I ordered a pair of trans pride addition converse from them, they came in perfect condition, they were the right size, they were clean, and they came super early, will definitely come back next time I need some good quality chucks. Thank you so so much

First time to zumies with family and watch a lady with her reciept havr money take from het by the associate helping her and then calls the cops on customer when customer was in the right. Ill never go there again zumies needs to train employees better.

I love this store and the people. Called about something and ended up getting help on how to kickflip. (Chad, you rule) I have read a lot of reviews and dont understand why there are so many bad ones. I have witnessed it first hand in store how rude customers can be. I have been with Zumiez since 2015 and I have never been disrespected or otherwise. It is literally only the rich and entitled that seem to have a problem with reading fine print. Online orders (to my knowledge) have always been straightforward with pricing. I buy in store and online. Everything is always what I wanted, and in store they don't pressure me into "a better more expensive item". They ask me what I want, make small talk, and get on about their day.
I've never felt "at home" in a store, and I give a huge shout out to the Hulen Mall Zumiez, Fort Worth, Texas - for making every visit, even when just looking!, one to remember.

Its ok

I live in Norway, and I got the package. I ordered 2 hoodies. And when it came it was bad quality. I like the hoodies but i wish it was better quality. They are very soft inside so that’s a plus.

Ordered a buy one get one 50% off and paid lots for poor quality. Shirt that i ordered was low quality despite costing 49.99 pre tax, and the half of my order that i actually wanted never came. they gave me a refund and were polite on the phone. but would never order from Zumiez again.

Zumiez is a really good place to order shoes and clothes they come on the day their supposed to come and i never had a problem with it.

I just want to thank Zumiez so much for my Cons!!! I was hesitant to order from Zumiez after reading some of the reviews but am so glad I took the chance. 

I live in Australia and bought the Chinatown Market low tops from their online store. My estimated delivery was August 15 and they arrived today!!! The postage updates were efficient, spot on, and delivery was easy.

I'm a very sceptical person, but I've only had positive experiences with zumiez. I ordered two times, the first time they shipped everything very quickly (I live in Switzerland so stuff I order internationally can sometimes take a while) and the quality was nice even for items on sale, so in my opinion they take good care of their stuff (I did recieve on sale clothing before that had stains or was damaged).
The second time I ordered I made the stupid mistake to select "pay in store" which obviosly isn't possible for me, so I contacted them and asked if they could cancel my order. They replied in an hour and were very polite.

I order shoes from them which I was suppose to receive in 2 days ok UPS saying they delivered them still no shoes and they keep saying deal with UPS and why I didn’t pay my money to UPS that’s bad business!!! I will never deal with this company again!!! Now I’m out of money for something I never received!!!!

So reading the reviews others have left it seems to me like you’ll only have trouble with zumiez if you’re international, trying to cancel your order, or you ordered clothes. I just ordered something from zumiez over the weekend and the email receipt/tracking said they’d be here tuesday (tomorrow) if i have any problems i’ll update but if my hypothesis holds true my skateboard parts should be there just fine.

UPDATE: My hypothesis held true, my entire order came in with no hassle. So if you want to make sure you don’t have any troubles, 1) try not to buy clothes off zumiez, 2) take some time to review your entire order before you purchase and 3) try not to order from zumiez if you’re international.

I saw a jacket on the website and bought it since it was displayed as IN STOCK. Hours later I get an email that the item i wanted was out of stock and will process my refund. Havent recieved it and its been a week already

The green checkered slip on vans I ordered were great, although the tag wasn’t on them.. my second product concerned me. It was wrapped up nicely and is very soft so naturally I was thought nothing was going to be wrong with it. On the inside of the collar was very obviously stained with makeup. I will be returning the sweatshirt. Hopefully, I don’t get blamed for the stain and get my full money’s worth back.

So me and my cousin Kayla was shopping and then this girl was being really nice to me like this worker lady or whatever then I realized that I lost my 40 bucks right when I was gonna pay for it And then these workers started giving us looks and you could tell that they were suspicious and I didn’t have my 40 bucks so who you thought it was that Lady was being all nice but then at the end when she be late when she realize that I was looking for the cash then she stoped being nice I know this ain’t evidence it’s common sense 🤬😡please don’t let her steal from u be cautious and it was bday money and then she ruined my whole mood

Where I live, Zumiez has incredible customer service, constantly checking up on you, and the dude that helped me was so sweet and he was freaking adorable. The redhead guy that works at a hickory zumiez hmu

Awesome experience! They don't have the style of shoes I like, where I live, so i tried zumiez.com and you guys rock, thank you.

Worst online experience EVER!
Had a very bad experience with Zumiez. Said they destroyed my package because I didn't pay shipping fees. I was out of the country, DHL said they destroyed my package because it was "denied" or some crap and last of all they will not reship or refund my purchase. NEVER ordering again!!!

Zumies Canada was the best online shopping experience I’ve ever had! They shipped out everything to me the same day I ordered, due to the holiday weekend shipping was delayed but as soon as the holiday ended my order came to the door. My vans sweater came with some stickers and a staff member wrote “enjoy” with a happy face on my recipet. It was just so fast and so pleasant, no issues and everything was above and beyond. Will order from again!
