Worst jeans ever

We bought a pair jeans a 2 weeks ago and the loose jeans ripped after wearing thrice! Extremely Poor quality for the cost!

Poor customer service and Rude

Ordered 10+ items and paid for express shipping. I was told I need to wait for all items to be consolidated before shipping, as this will save me customs money. When I said I don't mind paying customs twice (as it's only % of the value), they told me this wasn't possible. I'm guessing it would have cost them more. After what seemed like an online argument with customer service, I requested a full refund. fingers crossed that arrives

zumiez is my favorite store:)
since i found out dollskill was problematic, i've been using zumiez a lot and i like that they carry a lot more of the brandsi like and i don't have to dig through pages upon pages of ugly clothes to find good items. when i want to get things from international brands, i check the zumiez website.thanks for the fast shipping on clothes and crazy shoes!

If I could give a minus review I would

If I could give a minus review I would. Ordered a gift card on Sunday and contacted them via email within 30 minutes when I discovered I had entered the wrong email for the recipient. No response so I sent them emails on the 15th and 16th. Only response so far is they would contact me within 24 hours. Nothing and they charged my credit card. When I called twice and was put on hold for over 20 minutes each time then my call was disconnected. What the heck? So no help and I will never order anything from them again.

Abhorrent "customer service"

Abhorrent "customer service". Had a big issue with double shipping charge on my order which they argued and refused to fix. When I told the agent "Union" I would leave a review here, he mocked me and laughed it off.

I ordered a pair of $120 roller skates

I ordered a pair of $120 roller skates, waited for a week to arrive, and got a package in a very poor condition with 1 shoe missing. The box was old, flimsy , and taped in a very unprofessional way (I can live with that, but wait). The shoes I ordered only came in with one shoe in the box, the wraps were also opened. What a disappointment. I called customer service and they agreed full refund. However, I will never purchase anything at Zumiez any more. Such a waste of time.

Worst ever.
Ordered from Germany 2 Shirts beginning of March. Package still didnt get shipped out yet. No answer when I sent E-Mail And on the phone they dont help you. Very very upsetting. Never again

Dont get excited too fast

Dont get excited too fast, cus if youre ordering from EU, either you wont get the package because its been delivered to a random adress in the US or youll be waiting months without any information. I just wish sites like this would do their job and everybody would be happy.

Had a bad experience ordering from EU

I wanted to order two shirts from this site to Germany that I couldn't find on any European website. I was really excited at first. But then, I did not receive a shipment confirmation email from them. When I tracked my package via order number, it still worked though. But a few days later, I track my package and it says delivered! Apparently my package has been shipped to some address in the US. I don't even know how they managed to do that. I've been trying to contact their customer service. I got no answer from them, but then I get an email asking "how would you rate our service?". So upsetting

Fix the way you handle limited edition releases online or don’t handle them at all !

I placed an order on Friday at the time of the release for the Limited Edition LRG DEAD SERIOUS hoodie in red/white and was able to place my order and my funds were captured without a problem. Today, I’m just receiving the email that my order couldn’t be fulfilled and I was refunded. The hoodies have sold out everywhere and are now at resell value. You shouldn’t be handling limited edition releases online or, your system shouldn’t be set up in a way to capture funds if you can’t fulfill the item ! Zumiez is at 100% fault for that bs. Now my Halloween is ruined.

If you plan on buying a lot online from this joke of a company please don’t. I got my first shipment delivered to the wrong address and my second shipment which was over 300 dollars has yet to arrive. Oh and if that isn’t enough to make you want to stay away. The first time I bought from here the delivery person wasn’t a mail man or a fed ex guy NOOOOO it was some old lady in her car with a couple packages crammed in her backseat. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS TEMPTING AS THERE CLOTHES MIGHT LOOK

The manager at the Tilton Tanger outlet…

The manager at the Tilton Tanger outlet mall. Dose not work regularly, but changes the clock to look like she’s working. She makes the sales kids do her management job with her log in code. She spends more time in the bathroom than on the sales floor. Takes 2 hour long brakes and leaves sales kids alone. Takes more vacation time than the entire store put together.

Awesome Customer Service!

I purchased a hoodie from the online store and it shipped super fast! When I opened the package, I noticed the hoodie had a red stain on it (likely from the graphic detailing on the hoodie itself). I called Customer Service and Morgan assisted me. He was so helpful, kind, professional and attentive. Thank you so much for your incredible customer service Morgan!

Do not buy their underwear, no returns

Purchased 6 pair of boys Ethika boxer briefs online. Before the purchase there was zero indication they will not accept returns on underwear. My son tried 1 pair on and took them off bc they were ill fitting. I put the rest in the bag to return to store. There the store clerk said it’s not in their policy anywhere but they don’t accept returns on underwear. She said she constantly tells customers in the store that if they purchase underwear there they won’t accept any returns once it leaves their store because of sanitary reasons (she is at least transparent for those customers). I asked what happens if someone tries it on in the store- are they forced to buy them or do they put them back on the rack? No answer. She offered to call the manager and ask for an exception since she understood there is no written communication that their underwear is final sale. Her manager told her to tell me they can’t sell underwear that may have been tried on and because “Covid” (the go-to excuse for taking no responsibility) they won’t accept the returns. So Zumiez, MAKE IT KNOWN THE PURCHASE IS FINAL SALE, or PACKAGE THEM ALL IN THEIR OWN INDIVIDUAL SEALED BAGS, or GO BACK TO BUSINESS SCHOOL. Free advice for you that I paid $60 to give.

My son ordered a skateboard but its not…

My son ordered a skateboard but its not arrived, i tried to communicate via the email address but its an automated service which tells you to track the parcel , not possible, then asks if you are satisfied with the service! ZUMIEZ have stolen my 15 year old sons pocket money, shame on them. Will never use again

You don’t even deserve one star.
I ordered shoes in store and was to have them delivered to my house. The store clerk entered my address in incorrectly so they were sent to the wrong home and returned. I have tried multiple times to contact customer service. I have waited on hold for extended periods of time with no answer. I called after customer service hours and left a voicemail, no return call has been made. I have also sent multiple emails, with again, no response. The only thing I have heard from the company is a generic email asking how I would rate their customer service. It is non existent. So it has been over a week since the shoes were delivered to the wrong house, and I have daily tried reaching out with no response. If I could rate them less than a star I would. Who is holding your company and it’s customer service accountable?

Bought an item from their warehouse…

Bought an item from their warehouse sale that did not work. When I called to complain they said they could do nothing because they had partnered with an outside company. I cannot believe they can get away selling items that don't work and then say it was a final sale. I feel completely ripped off and will not buy from a company who feels it is acceptable to treat their customers in this fashion.
