My daughter went to film school for the first time and she was shy and apprehensive the first day, but by the end of the day she was full of enthusiasm and humour - showing us her acting skills at home and clearly loving her time there. Zylo go above and beyond to make each child feel welcomed and to boost their confidence. It's incredible how they created films in just one week, using the children's ideas and acting - such an ingenious way to make each child feel special. My daughter would definitely like to return next year!

Zylo Performance are simply amazing. We have used their holiday club "Film School" numerous times and each time, it has been our daughter's favourite thing to do outside of school. It's such a cool concept and frankly, I'd love to do it myself!
All the staff are friendly, open, approachable and encourage the children's creativity, diversity and imagination. Plus, they work so tremendously hard to develop, write, shoot and edit a half hr film from scratch, based on the sometimes bizarrely ideas from the kids, in under a week!
They build on individuals' ideas, skills and interests as well as empowering the children to think of different solutions/storylines. They also teach the kids the 'tricks of the trade', with green screens, sound and lights and continuity editing as well as helping to shoot the films.
We LOVE Zylo and cannot recommend them enough.

My kids have done Zylo film school 4 times now and have a blast every time, its like a little family there . Fantastic holiday club and they create something while they are there, and they now rewatch the films multiple times.

Our two boys (9 and 7) regularly attend Zylo after-school clubs, and have now been to three Zylo four-day 'Film Schools' in school holidays. They are excited for weeks in advance about the film schools; they always have a fantastic time. The staff are superb and the facilities and administration second-to-none. Zylo goes the extra mile by having 'premieres' of the childrens' films at a local cinema a few days after the film school ends; that's the icing on the cake and the boys are always so proud to see their film on the big screen. I thoroughly recommend Zylo.

Came back for a second year and just as good as last. The children get so much out of this, they build confidence and have a great time. All very well organised by Ryan as usual.

As someone who spends most of there primary school years attending Zylo performance clubs and regularly attending the film school weeks in the holidays I cannot recommend them enough. Zylo performance is spectacular!

It’s an amazing club! The teachers are so supportive, patient, fun and creative. My little one confidence is lots better than it was at the beginning of the term.

Zylo is hands down the BEST club I have signed my daughter up to. Her confidence has grown so much having the practice to perform, and has opened her eyes up to her creative capabilities. Her teacher Ella is simply wonderful and gives regular feedback allowing us to follow our daughter’s progress every step of the way.

Both my kids started Zylo classes when they were about 6. They then progressed to Film School and Holly never gave up. She did Film School as often as she could as she loved it so much it was always the highlight of her year. Even when she was too old she still went back for more as a volunteer. She's at uni now but is still involved today as a helper at Zylo in her holidays. Thank you Ryan, obviously she's loved Zylo and it has been a very postive experience for her.

Good and regular feedback, despite my daughter feeling a little over whelmed at times this term due to a lot more attendees she has been encouraged and supported to continue to progress well

Instructors are very well trained to handle children especially age under 10.
